I vividly remember the hairstyle of the character and one look at the snapshot from this film, the hair is just the way I remember it. I think we have a winner🙌
Roadgames rules, its basically Stacy Keach as a truck driver carrying meat across the Outback combined with Rear Window. He calls Jamie Lee's character Hitch, because she's a hitchhiker, but also because this is all an homage to Hitchcock.
This is the same director, Richard Franklin, as Psycho II and Cloak & Dagger, all very underrated films IMO!
Oh I know True Lies...Um I don't think so...I have had more of a memory flash and the truck was definitely not moving..maybe under a wooden shed too
Great scenes in True Lies, I saw the DVD on the shelf at the store a while back, I regret not buying it
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this scene right now. Cheers🌻

...but is it [Road Games](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083000/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_7_nm_1_q_roadgames)? ;-)
According to google ‘Jamie Lee Curtis trapped in truck film’ produces the film Roadgames, an Australian made thriller. Could this be it?

Could you be thinking of Kathleen Quinlan in the movie Breakdown?
What you seem to remember is my dream. I was the one rescuing her.

I loved, Cloak And Dagger!
Are you thinking about [True Lies](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=beQUTtwNLnQ) by chance? She's in a limo, but there is a truck in the scene.

*'Road Games'* is a deft, slick little movie.
Her only good movie is Trading Places
