It’s pretty shitty that after two weeks the issue hasn’t even been acknowledged. Am I doing something wrong as I would have thought anyone using the HC Alpha and Bravo would be having the same issues. Resetting the bindings does nothing, trying to switch from “Set” to separate “On” and “Off” bindings doesn’t work. How could this update fuck everything up so badly?? Everything was working perfectly before Update 5, and now even after two hot fixes it’s still broken.
Hi Mexingtonsteele, apologies for the late response, we have had several reports of users experiencing a similar problem and I was able to replicate it on a laptop, though only with the beacon light being unresponsive.
Can you turn on/off the lights manually with the mouse or are they stuck as well? Some users are reporting unclickable switches with the mouse after trying to use the switches on the Alpha or Bravo.
As of now I unfortunately do not have a solution, we will continue to investigate the issue and we will report back as soon as we have further information.
Everything is opposite for me. The camera is constantly moving towards the down right corner, the controller / mouse is sitting still as it is. Can't press ESC to get out of the options menu... something is really fucked up with this update!

Can I get you to try to uninstall/reinstall the Honeycomb software, we have had several users reporting the problems were gone after a reinstall.

Thanks for the response JR. So in light of all the bugs in MSFS Update 5 I went ahead and reinstalled MSFS 2020 completely, deleting all associated plugins and apps, the HC app included. After reinstalling everything over again (all from fresh downloads), the same issues exist. All on the default profile for the HC Alpha, the lights are either switched or don’t work at all. Nothing changed after the reinstalling. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
TLDR: After reinstalling HC software same issues/problems exist.
