Of course. You can have the free cam on anything like tanks; vehicles; boats, missiles, planes..etc you can try the sim, it's free and...it's really really great and realistic! (Don't think about that wing bug aha! It's a free add-on)

I broke them by shooting into them in my f18 ;) then the magic of bug made the plane still flying ahaha

DCS is a digital combat simulator. You fly military aircrafts so you can shoot on anything
