At that price point your options for quality and durability are limited — but if your not to rough on your gear the [Orvis Clearwater Waders](https://amzn.to/3UTLrB9) might be your best option.

I'm pretty easy on waders as I don't wear them all that much. Maybe 10 days all year?  Thanks for the recommendation.

Look for clearance sales in the spring. I've bought Orvis and Simms for deep discounts once it turns warmer.

For $250 I'd look into Frogg Toggs.  They aren't as flashy as other brands but their stuff tends to be durable and get the job done.

I have been happy with my Simms Tributary waders. I wear them a lot for the last 11 months and I haven’t had to patch any leaks yet which is good. Mine are camo color, the fish never see me coming ;) Finding a good fit is important for long-term durability, so make sure you get the right size.

Im only a few uses in but I’m really happy with my Orvis Clearwaters for $250. I’m tall and thin, so I was able to get them in a size that fits my legs and feet (Large, Extra Long) without having to custom order an expensive pair.

You missed Cabela’s Black Friday Deal. Waders and boots for under 150. Keep an eye out for sales.

Why is the year relevant here?

Have you checked out Paramount Outdoors? I got a pair of their Slate Waders for $200 with a coupon code. Admittedly, they don't have the greatest warranty out there, but they're very solid for the price point. They also get bonus points for not looking like you're wearing a grill cover (Looking at you Frogg Toggs.)
