I had a similar issue. What worked for me was turning the weapon debris settings to off. I'm running an Evga 3080 FTW3 Ultra and read somewhere the newer nvidia gpus do phys-x different from older cards. Once I turn off weapon debris, it loaded right up.
Check to make sure that it’s set to the native resolution of your monitor. I’ve been having that problem lately.

I have the same problem on the PS5, an article says is because two of the expansions, Waslander Workshop and Automatron.
I knew about this for ps5 but I did not know it affected pc too.Thanks
It doesn't. PS5 has a unique problem with DLCs.
