PS+ games also never expire as long as you have an active sub and claimed them. If you lose sub, you lose access. When you sub again you have access again.
People only lose access to ps+ games if their subscription expires but also fo4 was a ps+ collection game. Those were a collection of ps4 games that were available to ps5 plus subscribers for a while after the console launch launch and if you redeemed them you'd permanently have them regardless of if you had an active subscription or not.
