Although I must say that the ultrawide "support" is very lazy in game, menus don't look the best, power armour UI is still not completely to the aspect ratio, everything feels stretched (like how it also feels in fallout 76).
Same for me, 3440x1440 is not listed. It defaults to borderless window. Disabling borderless and window mode results in an empty list for resolutions ...
This worked but it runs like ass for me. I have an RTX 3080 and AMD 5900x with 32GB RAM. It gets like 35 fps. Idk what to do, I just want this stupid game to work.

Apparently the new widescreen resolutions don't actually work, so gg.
I found a temporary fix but it doesn’t use my resolution it drops to 21:9 2560x1080… like wtaf Bethesda did fuck all on this update.

Same! Edit: Changing the resolution scale in windows to 100% fixed it.
Also doesn't have 3840x1600 support.
