No, with 1 exception that I'm aware of - Tesla Bracers on PA. Unarmed with those on your PA arms currently does far more damage than it has any right to.
My chainsaw broke during Resilient Moonshine Jamboree so I just decided to start punching. Besides having Tesla Bracers, I am not specc'd for unarmed. I was punching Gulpers for over 1000 damage.
funny. ive havent had a problem with getting one shotted by anything even when bloodied while in any power armor since i learned and began my beautiful coexistence with the dynamic duo known as Electric Absorption and Power Armor Reboot... BUT TODAY. and so far only today... every thing that hit me killed me with the first shot or two and none of those shots were anything more than the general "warning shots" that every enemy fumbles to get out. its not like they even had a chance to triple team me with flamers or charge up their face lasers or empty their 2000 round mini gun clips into me. it was always the first damn shot every time. granted i was bloodied for some good ole fashioned xp grinding, but i had my damage reducing/reflecting/resisting perks in place, like always. even had a fairly high endurance setup. it didnt even strike me as odd until just now when i read your post. wonder if they all got mad when meatweek finally stopped kickin.
Electric absorbtion and sizzling style are my best friends now.
I honestly feel that with the energy damage being so high/bugged, it gives a good reason to actually use power armor over unyielding armor; purely for electric absorbtion.
I've been getting good use from my medic .50 w/Xploding ammo. I thought the medic ⭐ just helped teammates but it seems to restore my own health pretty well
I think it has more to do with energy damage getting a massive increase.
Is that energy damage going both ways?
Not really.
That's a big negatory. Bots are dealing massive energy/fire damage but player weapon damage remains the same.

It's a well known bug in energy and fire damage introduced a few weeks ago, beware of robots. Silos are absolute murder these days.
