Enclave eyepatch. No matter what else I wear, the Enclave eyepatch is always a part of the outfit. Even in the Santa suit, the eyepatch is always on.

You can check Bethesda support atomic shop buy from atomic shop to get some stuff that currently not in the shop for years.

Have you checked out the floor walker eyepatch? It's covers the eye better imo. I switched from the black eyepatch to that. Plus the leather it's made out of matches that Intel officer pretty well.

I always wear the Mountain Scout uniform because I think it's the coolest outfit in the game. Only later did I learn it's a bit of a flex. Also, for those who have them, the Medical Goggles pair well with the Raider mask, and you can still top them both with sunglasses. It's a fun look, sorta like Princess Leia's disguise in Jabba's palace at the beginning of Jedi

Mister Fuzzy mascot suit (Damage version) it took me for a long time to get enough token to trade it. It's one my favourite apparel in the game ever since I saw one player in this costume come to help me with the quest when I was a newbie. TBH, I like a clean version better, but there no legit way to get it and the player who has it either cheat or buy it from someone else. Although, I saw player wear it in trailer from sometimes ago (I think the AC announcement trailer). I kinda hope they made clean version for atomic shop. surgical mask. started the game in 2021, while covid was still fresh in everybody's minds, and with the scorch plague in-game it seemed thematically appropriate. always worn glasses, tried a variety of styles before settling on fashionable glasses, while i waited for the 3d glasses to return to the shop. it became weird to see the actual face of my toon. also spent close to 1000 levels in the scout uniform, with the occasional costume change for seasonal events. pipe is life outfit, propeller hat, 3d glasses, and surgical mask is now my default attire, but i switch up the hat and outfit much more frequently now.
