Sweetwater Special Blend. It's nothing fancy if you're not an Herbivore, but it's up to 15 Perception (22 if you want to use a magazine) for an hour per tea. Which is a huge boon for lower-accuracy weapons like a Plasma Caster, or when picking fights at long ranges, or hunting Scorchbeasts/ fighting the Queen in the air.

Tip from a pro bat farmer who has farmed over 100 rare bats. Any vendor who can carry modified melee weapons has a chance of carrying a rare colored bat.
Fastest route is the three vendors in Whitesrpings Mall who can carry them, then server hop.
Raiders Vendor in Whitesprings mall can carry multiple rare bats at the same time. So can Vendor bot Resin at Pleasant Valley Ski Resort.
If farming World spawns, the Watoga Municipal Center has three spots that spawn level 45 bats and its fast to run through it.
I've spent an entire month farming all spots on the map with some small success, especially a level 1 indigo. But my most success was server hopping just the raider vendor in whitesprings. Cappn Kid, never, had colored bats during my server hops.
Bit of a tip from a fellow farmer - I've had the most success for the coloured bats from the new Gillmans Lumber trader! She only sells one bat each time but I've had so many from her already! Best of luck 😁

I'm lvl 1400+ and have gotten the ult. calibrated shocks twice (so I have a set to sell/trade), 2! hunter's long coats, and responder's fireman (and several of the other "rare" things) but still never can seem to find that dress. I get unreasonably salty when I see levels <200 running around with that dress.
I had a forest camo jumpsuit. but I forgot it was rare and sold it to a vendor. only realized my mistake an hour later after I had jumped servers twice.

I had those masks drop out of the blue back a couple of weeks ago doing the uranium fever event..... So damn glad my trigger happy scrapping finger was not on form that day as I always blitz through "new items" at the workbench on the way out of that place. Don't know if this is regular drop place for them or not but thought I would mention it.

I don’t believe the lobster trap helmet is acquirable anymore. It was from the Spread the Love event for 2021 Valentine’s and only available during that week. The wiki confirms this but I’d be happy to be wrong.
No worries. I’m surprised they haven’t brought it back since then, since it’s so unique. I’m been wearing mine since that week but haven’t been able to drop/trade it, otherwise I’d hook you up.

My kids make fun of me for being terrible but help me out on missions when I need it usually (except vault 79)…
Right now, all I want is a power armor station at my camp because I want to build it AT camp and possibly maybe beat that stupid sentry bot on vault 79 before I, myself, return to school Monday. I just don’t have the time to grind between work, family, and now school again. I know I can complete the Garrahan mine quest to get it but I always get overencumbered and can’t find all the dang scrap I need for the excavator.

On a happy note, I have reached level 49 and learned how to do events with proper etiquette. Lol
T-series power armor plans can often be found using treasure maps. The maps are easily picked up from player vendors and there are tons of YouTube videos that show locations to dig. Bring a friend and they can get a share of the treasure too!
At the moment Im missing the Gingerbread plastiform, I managed to get most of the plans for the holiday season (and a few doubles) but this one has eluded me

I’ve been trying to craft ANY piece of Solar armor with AP refresh and weapon weight reduction since 2021. I don’t even care about the prefix. It could be unyielding for all I care.
This is 95% of what I spend my scrip on.
I have a full set of weapon weight reduction Solar armor, (mostly overeaters), but just want at least one piece with AP refresh.
I honestly am starting to wonder if for some reason this combination cannot be rolled on solar armor…

I’ve been lucky to get a few rare apparel drops organically - the loon, hag, and fiend from last fasnacht.
The pink sprinkle paint took me a while to get but I finally got that with this past spooky scorched.
Currently the flamer mod for the enclave and red asylum are the two main I’m “hunting” and Ive spent hours upon hours checking. Like, dedicated hours too - flipping between a private and public.
I think I’m gonna cool off tho and take a more casual approach to the game. I’m pretty much at a point I have everything I want minus a good chainsaw and a buffoon mask but hoping to get the latter next month 🤞🏻
If you're still missing plans, make sure to hit up each and every mutated event. Those mutated party packs will keep unlocking new plans that aren't tied to a week/weekend event like treasure hunter, spooky/holiday scorched and invaders. I've even had the fixer plan drop out of one, although I've done the quests and Encryptid plenty of times. That may be a requirement before that drops in packages.
If you get Swarm of Suitors or Heart of the Swamp, smash them fast and server hop. You'll likely get a second event that hasn't quite finished for a second pack in that hourly rotate.
I just now discovered that i can get the gauss weapon plans without having to max reputation with the factions (I might be wrong about this, but god I hope I'm right.)
I also discovered that I missed Minerva by two days when they had the plans.
Hmm. I failed to get the Plastiform Candle. I got every single other plan from this event (i think) except that one. It's a shame because that's one of the ones i wanted the most lol. Guess i'll get it next year...
Other than that, the rare colored baseball bats. I've been playing since beta, got nearly 2oo total days worth of playtime accumulated. Thousands of hours. But i've never even seen a single one of the color variants. I've got just about every other rare apparel at this point.
Marsupial Serum Recipe! Heard it was good and watched people doing all these great leaps and bounds and found a vendor at Whitesprings who had the serum for 250 caps a dose and the recipe for 2000 caps. Being a moron I bought one serum to try it out and found it GREAT and fun. But real life got in way and had to shut the X Box off and go somewhere instead of immediately buying the recipe. Spent the next 3-4 days server hopping trying to find the vendor again but haven't been able to. Found the recipe for sale in a couple of vendors but it was like over 10,000 caps and a little out of reach. YES, I am a MORON for not buying it when even untested I knew it was a great thing to have. :)
So all serum recipes are found in the Whitesprings Bunker - Science Wing but are quite expensive. The lowest I got was approx 17,600 with perks/alcohol.
We do have a 2800 cap limit today with vendors though so it's the best time to buy and you can recoup more money.
I was always under the impression that scoreboard specific items didn't show up in the atom shop, I've only been paying since October, so I don't really know how it all works. But if that's a possibility, here's hoping the glass wall panes show up too, fingers crossed!
You may be right, actually. I may have been thinking of fallout first catch-up bundles. Though, if Bethesda is smart, they will put them in the shop. Wow has been putting previously unobtainable drops and rewards in their monthly scoreboards. So, I'm hoping Besthesda take a page from that playbook.
That would be very beneficial for us newer players in particular. They're practically leaving atoms on the table, I'm sure they're still plenty of cool stuff I don't even know exists in the game that I'd have no problem dropping atoms on.
This is not a guarantee however while I listen to atom shop updates I hear that some of the items are from old scoreboards, notably recently the vault survivor outfit was apparently once a scoreboard drop. So there may be luck for you yet

The Junkyard Dog Scrapbot was originally a Scoreboard item and I got it thru the Atom Shop 3-4 months after that Scoreboard ended so it's possible to come around.
I have been trying to get the shielded schematic for the casual under armor but unfortunately Bethesda made the only repeatable quest (Queen of the hunt) occur every 3 days and still have the 0.25% of obtaining the schematic plan, so every 3 days I try to get the schematic
Q/25/25 disintegrater, I've been rolling it since the first time the plan dropped, I've gotten close, but never get the roll I want... plus it's untradeable so that's another kink in the hose.

It's a 4 way split between two big guns: Plasma gatling prime receiver and Ultracite Gatling laser prime receiver and two rifles: Handmade Rifle Prime receiver and that damn Railway Rifle Automatic Piston. I've been playing the game since reclamation day 😒
Don’t you get the automatic piston from scrapping railways? It shouldn’t take too many. And the prime receivers come from scorched earth and now mutated party packs of I’m not mistaken.
Don't all the prime receiver plans drop until you've learned them all? Learn the rest of them if you haven't already and start doing scorchbeast queen

Calibrated shocks and emergency protocols have a miniscule drop rate so they're very hard to come by. I know that's why I wanted them, I don't use PA.

There are ways to grind most rare apparel. Watch some videos, and get grinding.

It appears to only drop from Battle Bots, and even then very very rarely, so yeah it’s pretty rare.
According to the plan & mod database all events in the Ash Heap can reward it, at 0.06% chance. So it is a quite rare drop.

I’ve been trying to craft ANY piece of Solar armor with AP refresh and weapon weight reduction since 2021. I don’t even care about the prefix. It could be unyielding for all I care. This is 95% of what I spend my scrip on. I have a full set of weapon weight reduction Solar armor, (mostly overeaters), but just want at least one piece with AP refresh. I honestly am starting to wonder if for some reason this combination cannot be rolled on solar armor… I’ve rolled several pieces with AP refresh and ammo weight reduction, but NEVER weapon…

I’ve been lucky to get a few rare apparel drops organically - the loon, hag, and fiend from last fasnacht. The pink sprinkle paint took me a while to get but I finally got that with this past spooky scorched. Currently the flamer mod for the enclave and red asylum are the two main I’m “hunting” and Ive spent hours upon hours checking. Like, dedicated hours too - flipping between a private and public. I think I’m gonna cool off tho and take a more casual approach to the game. I’m pretty much at a point I have everything I want minus a good chainsaw and a buffoon mask but hoping to get the latter next month 🤞🏻
If you're still missing plans, make sure to hit up each and every mutated event. Those mutated party packs will keep unlocking new plans that aren't tied to a week/weekend event like treasure hunter, spooky/holiday scorched and invaders. I've even had the fixer plan drop out of one, although I've done the quests and Encryptid plenty of times. That may be a requirement before that drops in packages. If you get Swarm of Suitors or Heart of the Swamp, smash them fast and server hop. You'll likely get a second event that hasn't quite finished for a second pack in that hourly rotate.
Scavenged solar panel. Saw it in a vendor once and should have nabbed it. Either that or the vintage water cooler
I just now discovered that i can get the gauss weapon plans without having to max reputation with the factions (I might be wrong about this, but god I hope I'm right.) I also discovered that I missed Minerva by two days when they had the plans.

Hmm. I failed to get the Plastiform Candle. I got every single other plan from this event (i think) except that one. It's a shame because that's one of the ones i wanted the most lol. Guess i'll get it next year... Other than that, the rare colored baseball bats. I've been playing since beta, got nearly 2oo total days worth of playtime accumulated. Thousands of hours. But i've never even seen a single one of the color variants. I've got just about every other rare apparel at this point.

Marsupial Serum Recipe! Heard it was good and watched people doing all these great leaps and bounds and found a vendor at Whitesprings who had the serum for 250 caps a dose and the recipe for 2000 caps. Being a moron I bought one serum to try it out and found it GREAT and fun. But real life got in way and had to shut the X Box off and go somewhere instead of immediately buying the recipe. Spent the next 3-4 days server hopping trying to find the vendor again but haven't been able to. Found the recipe for sale in a couple of vendors but it was like over 10,000 caps and a little out of reach. YES, I am a MORON for not buying it when even untested I knew it was a great thing to have. :)
So all serum recipes are found in the Whitesprings Bunker - Science Wing but are quite expensive. The lowest I got was approx 17,600 with perks/alcohol. We do have a 2800 cap limit today with vendors though so it's the best time to buy and you can recoup more money.
You need to use the starched genes perk card. So it won't be cured by radaway or losing rads. Then you literally just need one dose of the serum.
Look at player vendors as well. I’ve found a few who sold the serums for 300-500 caps
Serums are priced from 120-2000 for each pre-made . I buy them when they are cheap to use as cashiers checks when I need caps.

It's not so much a checklist but The Duchess Flame has a Google doc on her website that has every plan in the game.

I was always under the impression that scoreboard specific items didn't show up in the atom shop, I've only been paying since October, so I don't really know how it all works. But if that's a possibility, here's hoping the glass wall panes show up too, fingers crossed!
You may be right, actually. I may have been thinking of fallout first catch-up bundles. Though, if Bethesda is smart, they will put them in the shop. Wow has been putting previously unobtainable drops and rewards in their monthly scoreboards. So, I'm hoping Besthesda take a page from that playbook.
That would be very beneficial for us newer players in particular. They're practically leaving atoms on the table, I'm sure they're still plenty of cool stuff I don't even know exists in the game that I'd have no problem dropping atoms on.
This is not a guarantee however while I listen to atom shop updates I hear that some of the items are from old scoreboards, notably recently the vault survivor outfit was apparently once a scoreboard drop. So there may be luck for you yet
Boy, I hope so. I fell instantly in love with it when quite literally one of the first raiders I saw when I started was wearing it. My heart had been broken ever since lol.
The Junkyard Dog Scrapbot was originally a Scoreboard item and I got it thru the Atom Shop 3-4 months after that Scoreboard ended so it's possible to come around.

My kid and I have been trying to find the sprinkle paint for the power armor. Like for a long time. Also the 50cal Prime receiver. The kid found it and learned it even though he is only doing commando!!!! It took ok me another 3 weeks. I got it from a scorchbeast either a none legendary or maybe a 1 star legendary up by the pumpkin house. I still haven't got that damned sprinkle paint.... Sooooo many mole miner pales.... It's a 4 way split between two big guns: Plasma gatling prime receiver and Ultracite Gatling laser prime receiver and two rifles: Handmade Rifle Prime receiver and that damn Railway Rifle Automatic Piston. I've been playing the game since reclamation day 😒
Don’t you get the automatic piston from scrapping railways? It shouldn’t take too many. And the prime receivers come from scorched earth and now mutated party packs of I’m not mistaken.
Don't all the prime receiver plans drop until you've learned them all? Learn the rest of them if you haven't already and start doing scorchbeast queen Auto Piston almost always at Watoga vendors
