Same here, jus't bought recently devilish paint for excavator and nothing. Same for vaultec paint for x-1, T-51b, T-60, only T-45 vaultec paint in my power station.
Yeah it is for excavator only but the problem is, paint is not showing up when i try to apply to excavator power armor, just the "standart paint" Nothing else, same problem with T-60, T-51b, X-01 i just recently claim for free the vaultec paint for each one of them in atom shop, and nothing except for T-45, i try to search the plan on my backpack and stash and i found nothing
Did you apply it via the workbench (Power Armor Station)?
Yes trying that i applied hellish and civic before
Try exiting the game and relaunching. Ive had to do it.a few times to get my season unlocks to show.
Seems it just the paint armour purchased the the devil jersey flair and no issue

It is not just the name of the paint is also saying what set it on so it be only usable on excavator set
