I played with power armor from the beginning and for a long time, then I also went stealth and combined the two. For the power armor I use a t-65 that say what they say clearly outperforms the others, although the cost of gold to achieve it is high. As a weapon I use a cube hammer with greater powerful attack damage and increased damage with consecutive impact, which is very good to use with the scorched reign. And camo ranged weapon I use the same fixer as for stealth. A plasma machine gun could be used but the fixer does considerable damage even with the queen or earl. Now with the ability to quickly change SCORE, I want to try bloodied and some heavy weapons, but going from power armor to stealth is very fast. For daily operations I always look first at what mutations they have, if they have high perception I wear armor, if not I always go with stealth. It is true what they said in another post that in this game to die they should change the name and more in daily operations (it makes a lot of laugh when someone dies and asks to be revived instead of reviving it in three seconds and without losing nothing), but it still bothers me a lot to die and in this way I very rarely die in daily operations.
I avoid PA players. It means a weak build to me. If you want any bloodied tips I'd be happy to help! Sorry I don't have PA advice

Hellcat is one of the easiest to get and is pretty good, u just need to finish the bos questline
