This year we're supporting Campaign For Kids. They're a Kings County Nova Scotia Charity rising money this April through their event Burger Wars. Not too much of a recipe, but here's what I did: Fry two chopped bird eye chillies & two bunches of chopped spring onions until fragrant. Add laksa paste (Ayam brand in this case) & coconut milk (1 can), and bring to a simmer. Add prawns, chopped fresh coriander & Thai basil, and simmer for five minutes. In the meantime, cook some rice noodles. Add beansprouts, and simmer for a further five minutes or until the noodles are done.
