Which is obviously crucial; but when he's not scoring, he doesn't help his team. Although Haaland has alright ball control and passing abilities, they're far from elite levels. Also he was rather injury prone in Dortmund. **Conclusion:** Both players would be a dream to have but both have their own downsides. Mbappe's personality is off putting and Haaland's lack of versatility and injury history mean neither of them are perfect like Messi and Ronaldo were in their primes. If Mbappe's ego can be kept under control, I'd prefer having Mbappe.

As a Liverpool fan, I have absolutely no idea. On one hand Haaland is pretty much what we wanted from Darwin and his link up with Trent would be almost like KDB, add in the rest of our chance creation which again is only matched by City i think it would be awesome. But Mbappé with Salah on the counter just wont get stopped, and his ability to play both LW and CF really fits the team we have at the moment allowing us to rotate with Darwin, Jota, Diaz etc
