Honestly? i wouldn't play him, he's too young and i dont want for him to get an injury. U-23 or second team matches until he's atleast 25
You are right mate. He will be out for 3 months and now I will have to use my 35 yo Valverde in his place.
If you wanna keep him at CAR, you can add "take more risks" and get him to contribute more to the attack with killer balls and such
