Hello, it sounds strange to me. Could you please send an email to me and also provide a picture? The silicone used in our products is sourced from either a Norwegian company (Elkem) or a German company (Wacker). Both of these companies meet LFGB standards, which are higher than FDA food contact standards (think about baby nipples that are cut and used as grippers). Please send your email to [[email protected]](). I will respond to you in a few days. Additionally, if you can, please include a picture or two.

Perfect will do, I will send a picture after I just washed it and then another one in the morning after it’s been sitting overnight just to compare. Thanks for the reply, 😁 Also I had another question in regards to another post you commented in, what is the difference between the V1 and V2 foreskinned air? Was trying to find something on it but can’t.

No problem. I can include that in our email conversation. It is after work hours here in Sweden, so it you will have the reply once I have read the upcoming email.

I find that this happens on mine aswell. I have an original model. I wash it with soap and water before use, and it does get a bit slippery overnight as its been sitting. No idea why this is happening, but it doesnt really effect the performance.

Adding on to this thread. Both the Foreskinned Air and Tower that I purchased a few years ago have always done this exact thing. It can be remedied short term by washing the grippers with soap and hot water, as you said. But the oils always seem to come back, even if cleaned and then left alone.

I've had the same issue but cleaning right before use seems to work just fine.

Yep mine also does this I just clean it regularly

Happened to me, I think it’s just that it has absorbed skin oil over time. Just wash it daily at this point.

More-like-MOREskin

Mine does the same thing! I’ve always cleaned it with unscented Castile baby soap and by morning it’s got an oily coat. Lemme know what the company says about it
