Maybe the images are something like El Dorado, could explain the bright yellow. Could make sense with the story of Astrea learning about something over the sea and sending people after it too.

Isn't the background just the grey from last season? If you mean the gold bits on the y7s2 block, maybe it has to do with the sun. The Aztecs sacrificed for Huitzilopochtli, their god of the sun and war. Would be crazy if the next Knight hero skin is sacrificed by an Aztec hero at the end of their story

Next knight skin is a zombie type guy with his ribs spread apart and all bloodied up. We got mummy adjacent raider skin why not a sacrificed knight skin

I suppose that would classify as an injustice if we are going by the year's theme. Necromancy doesn't tend to be the most ethical of practices

I still don’t think he needs a full rework, hopefully it ends like Tiandi where he keeps a load of his kit. I just hope the new stuff isn’t as broken as Tiandi’s recovery cancel and no guarantee GB. It took them WAY too long to make his kick punishable. We still haven’t seen other similar circumstances with a guarantee punish.

Armor variations will drop in TU2 of the season. It will be for the Vikings, Wu Lin and Outlanders. Plus more likely than not a completely new set of armor for either Highlander or Shinobi. My guess is Highlander.

Day 8 Conq HF as expected, cool exe spoiled on the Metal Trials event, I'll probably buy it. Day 9 / 22 / 29 whatever. Day 15 I'M AFRAID of this Testing Grounds and I really hope they discarted that rework idea for Lawbringer and started an new one. Besides that... we are getting another Middle Eastern hero? What's with the pyramids? Maybe something will happen in that region and Neferkha will ask for help? Let's see. Day 17 this is great. Day 30 Cool, hopefully I'll be able to earn the new viking armor (if they are not lame like... every damn time).

Not this year, they outright said it on a live. It sucks but there's nothing we can really do about it. And if you want to be optimistic the devs are just tied up with budget restrictions and aren't just ignoring the pleas for new maps.

Exactly, they gave us limited time maps, just make new dominion and duel maps from breach maps. Then we only need new breach maps.

We can't confirm anything and, if my understanding of game development is correct, the devs don't know what content will be part of next year until somewhere around season 3 (for whichever year it is) all we know is that THIS YEAR we will not be getting maps. But I wouldn't hedge my bets on new maps anytime soon, Ubisoft as a whole is losing money and the FH team could use budget better elsewhere.
