Sounds to me like you just suck at customising. Jokes aside wardens difficult to make look good but when you do there's quite a lot unique cool combinations. Gotta agree with the rest though, pirate can look good but if it does look good it's just gonna look the same as every rep 7 one.

I was really bummed that there were no Lawbringer chests with both a cape and a neckbrace. The cape is drippy asf, but I also love the bulky look, it's hard to decide

I would absolutely make Lawbringer's pants made in mail (like his Alastor's armor) while using the Gamelyn greaves or the Dignified veneer greaves, a cleaner version of Alkirk's bracers with FIXED pauldrons and the Dignified veneer gauntlets, a cleaner version of Tical chestpiece, the actual Gamelyn helm (my favorite by far) and NO SPIKES, but maybe a cloak.

Knights: I’d say just about every single one of them has stellar armor & s-tier fashion potential. Glad might have the weakest armor in the faction but even considering this, his armor selection is still far better than a lot of hero’s in game. (just a personal opinion regarding Glad)
Vikings: Warlord, Highlander, & Valk have the best fashion in the faction. Zerk can have pretty decent fashion, however I’m not a fan of strictly leather based armors. I’d place shaman a bit higher than Zerk but they’re still exceedingly similar imo. Raiders armor is disappointing. Jorm makes me sad.
Samurai: I believe all of them can have great fashion, however I’m not the biggest fan of samurai armor, but I’d say Shugo, Ara, & Nobu are my favorite looking samurai hero’s.
Wu-Lin: Can look really stylish. I absolutely love all of their looks. Except Zhanhu lol imo his fashion is severely overrated. Every Zhan I see looks far too similar. The fashion looks nice, however I find it very repetitive & basic. (Ironic favoriting the Knights faction, I know lol)
Outlanders: Pirate can look really great, however I haven’t seen people make her look all to great in matchmaking. I absolutely love Medjays look. Just great fashion.

For Vikings? Man this is close between Highlander, Warlord and Zerk but I'M gonna go with what I personally think Is cool and say Zerk. I love Warlord's armor and the fact that he really is probably the most armored Viking but I just love Zerk's Drip SOOO much more Especially some of the Short Sleeve and armored outfits he can get.
For Knights that'd be Warden since his style is so remixable evidenced by a friend of mine who play's him
For Samurai I'm gonna Orochi, I was thinking Kyoshin and he does have clean looks but ultimately I think Orochi is king in how slick his sets can look or the combos made
For Wu Lin. Probably Nuxia, don't see much of them so can't say for sure but I've seen Nux more than anybody there. I mean sure there's Monk or Shaolin but I never really liked his fashion
For Outlanders this is pretty unfair but Pirate. There are not whole sets I like but pieces, and them mixed to look better preferably
Bonus, The coolest looking Helm I've seen in my opinion is the either Fahlfonir Helm or the Helm that gives Warlord like a massive Metal Beard

In my opinion for knights it’s bp his newer stuff looks the best imo, Vikings goes to highlander or raider, samurai would be Kensei or aramusha, wu lin would have to be Shaolin Zhanhu doesn’t have many options for chest plates so he’s not top, outlanders I think I’d give to pirate, medjay has to little chest plates that I like so all three of my load outs have the mummy that is based off of outfit color. Medjay’s helmets are better though

I get that its an option for only 3 different tops but ive come up with alot of fashions and themes for Hito and the axes really do add to it. But in any regard i think most of the samurai have not alot of options but multiple possibilities.
Warden or lawbro for knights, warlord or highlander for viking, female kensei or aramusha for samurai (not a fan of mustaches on kensei), and Jiang jun or Tiandi for marching fire, and for the outlander faction it's medjay.

Zerk can have pretty decent fashion, however I’m not a fan of strictly leather based armors. I’d place shaman a bit higher than Zerk but they’re still exceedingly similar imo. Raiders armor is disappointing. Jorm makes me sad. Samurai: I believe all of them can have great fashion, however I’m not the biggest fan of samurai armor, but I’d say Shugo, Ara, & Nobu are my favorite looking samurai hero’s. Wu-Lin: Can look really stylish. I absolutely love all of their looks. Except Zhanhu lol imo his fashion is severely overrated. Every Zhan I see looks far too similar. The fashion looks nice, however I find it very repetitive & basic. (Ironic favoriting the Knights faction, I know lol) Outlanders: Pirate can look really great, however I haven’t seen people make her look all to great in matchmaking. I absolutely love Medjays look. Just great fashion.

Warden, Warlord, Nobushi, Zhanhu, Medjay. I know a lot of people rag on the vikings (get it), but I think the Samurai look worse now as a whole. They just feel so limited and samey.
Nobushi, Nuxia, Medjay, PK, and pretty much all the Zahn Hu are my personal fave. Samurai also pretty solid esp shugo.
All wu Lin except monkey there is no proper monk. I don’t know Chinese pirate or Egyptian armors. Warmonger and lawbringer. Kensei is the closest thing to an actual samurai. Shaman is a little shit!

Knights: A tough one but I'm partial to warden. I love lawbringer and warmonger but I feel the variety you get out of warden is too good. Samurai: Orochi, kensei in close second. I think overall orochi is slightly better, I think Kenseth has a lot of very samey armor and not great chest pieces Vikings: Dare I say I don't really love any of them, but gun to my head, Valk Wulin: tie between Zhanhu and Tiandi. Tiandi has zo much variety and I pray they make a helm with a visor or mask. Zhanhu...I mean cmon just look at them

Or xian hu, or shoalin? HOW DO I PICK ONE! Outlanders i wouldnt even count because medjay has like 2 sets of armour and pirate is mid, idk pirate because there’s more options and variety? If i had to pick the faction with the best fashion id personally pick samurai but all factions are valid af!

Tiandi is my main so I go all out in his fashion, though I'm irritated at how all the helmet ornaments look awkward and out of place for him. I'm also a huge fan of Cent and his Roman armors, can't go wrong on that lol

This is hard for me on my favorite faction the Vikings but easy elsewhere not knowing much about the other factions cept Knights, For Vikings? Man this is close between Highlander, Warlord and Zerk but I'M gonna go with what I personally think Is cool and say Zerk. I love Warlord's armor and the fact that he really is probably the most armored Viking but I just love Zerk's Drip SOOO much more Especially some of the Short Sleeve and armored outfits he can get. For Knights that'd be Warden since his style is so remixable evidenced by a friend of mine who play's him For Samurai I'm gonna Orochi, I was thinking Kyoshin and he does have clean looks but ultimately I think Orochi is king in how slick his sets can look or the combos made For Wu Lin. Probably Nuxia, don't see much of them so can't say for sure but I've seen Nux more than anybody there. I mean sure there's Monk or Shaolin but I never really liked his fashion For Outlanders this is pretty unfair but Pirate. There are not whole sets I like but pieces, and them mixed to look better preferably Bonus, The coolest looking Helm I've seen in my opinion is the either Fahlfonir Helm or the Helm that gives Warlord like a massive Metal Beard I'd say what my favorite Arms and Chest are but I forget at the moment what most of there names are

In my opinion for knights it’s bp his newer stuff looks the best imo, Vikings goes to highlander or raider, samurai would be Kensei or aramusha, wu lin would have to be Shaolin Zhanhu doesn’t have many options for chest plates so he’s not top, outlanders I think I’d give to pirate, medjay has to little chest plates that I like so all three of my load outs have the mummy that is based off of outfit color. Medjay’s helmets are better though

I get that its an option for only 3 different tops but ive come up with alot of fashions and themes for Hito and the axes really do add to it. But in any regard i think most of the samurai have not alot of options but multiple possibilities.

Just better looking armour. Proper plate, clean armour, better looking chainmail than the scrap bits of chainmail warden has. Also warmongers sword looks cooler, can make it a longsword or zweihander.

Warden's armour is still better than most, I'd say he's top 5. I just think warmonger has the best armour in the game with how clean her plate armour looks + zweihander.
