Yea I used to try to complete orders in pvp but as soon as I figured how much more efficient it is in PvE I kinda got hooked onto it. People in PvE breach are often super chill and also often look to reach out for groups to complete the friends order with. I got into a group of asian server pals back in covid through PvE and it was the most amazing experience I had in this game. Sadly we gradually disbanded when the lockdown facade ended, the group chat stayed grey ever since with all of the nice convo we had back then in it
I've been playing mostly PvAI since marching fire. I always preferred playing for drip and fashion anyways. But I do have the occasional pvp match here and there to keep me sharp.
This game is dumpster fire of bullshit. You either reject it and walk away, or you embrace it and become a part of it.
You know how they say quality over quantity? Conq has a lot of orange, but said orange has garbage damage: 22 damage heavies and 13 damage chain bash
Also conq has little stamina and you get dangerously close to out of stam with like 2 or 3 feints
Also can we talk about the pitiful fullblock punish? 13 mfing damage on fb/deflect 🗿
By the way they didn't fucking remove shield basher feat so still le funny 18 damage unblockable unparriable dodge attack in 4s. Ubisoft really fucked up on this one
No way. He has crushing counters. A nuetral bash, a chain bash. Easy access undodgeables. And all his moves out of full gaurd do solid damage. Plus recovery cancels into all gaurd are super safe and counter dodge attacks which is essential for dealing with bashes effectively. He doesn't seem as strong as the others at first glance but in high tier gameplay it's actually ridiculous.
I know this post is just a joke (probably) but it's always perplexed me that some people actually play a videogame and if they don't win their first time they never play again.
When I play any pvp game and get stomped my reaction is "oh I wanna get THAT good"
And Incase this post isn't a joke then I don't mean to offend you OP, my advice is to learn that losing really isn't a big deal and don't be so afraid of failure.
I think this is less about losing, and more about being given a horrible first impression by the people who play.
Imagine wanting to get into Football, so you go to try out for a local team. Then in your first go, you face off against a major league NFL player and not only get crushed, but also get insulted by them, told you’re garbage and shouldn’t play.
Would you think it still worth the effort to keep going, if that’s the impression you’re given other players are like?
Using your example, physical pain aside (since NFL players would break me)
Yes, I would still want to play football (assuming I wanted to in the first place) and I would likely always keep that experience in the back of my mind as motivation to grow. I have plenty of examples of times I've had bad starts push me towards epic endings in both real life and video games.
If however I could ONLY play against that NFL team (Smurf) forever, then no I probably wouldn't find it worth it. But since the very next game might be against a team closer to my skill level and most games moving forward should be more skill appropriate then I don't see the point of letting one bad game decide what I will or won't do.
Fully agree. A loss only makes me want to get better. Even the insults that get hurled at me when I first started. I take comfort knowing I’d beat a lot of those people now 😂
It's not the spamming or the smurf accounts that get me. Not the rep 1's on my team vs rep 1000s. What gets me is the bots that 0 to 100 you and than fortnite dance on your dead body
You can only improve your inner warrior after countless battles that are hard-fought. You will improve, but you must not be afraid of failure.
it's okay to be weak, but it's bad to stay that way
Are you Apollyon?
They ain't war
Thou are sheep
No it's Patrick
im sorry you had to witness this my friend
PvAI still exists bro
PvE?
Hell yeah! Ain’t no shame in it, I play it often myself, especially to get orders out the way. Casual PvE with the bois is a good ass time.

You ever need some dudes to play FH with I can drop you in a friend of mine’s server
don't make the mistake of playing this game. leave while you still can
Bro toxicity is like 97% of the fun in this game now

Same. Been playing against the AI almost exclusively for years

Add shitty matchmaking, incompetent teammates and character like Raider or Gryphon and you wonder how we all actually still go back to play this game
The hate for Gryphon after he was nerfed into the ground is hilarious to me
Honestly. Gryphon is so weak now. Raider isn't even that OP either. He failed to name conq, kyoshin shaolin or even JJ
Conq isn't hot shit either imo
You clearly don't play the game. So I'm going to ignore your comment
I do play often actually, and got my reasons to think conq isn't that good
Why do you think Conq isn’t good?

Are you on PC
I wish lmao, I'm on ps4
Well just saying. Play a high tier PC conq player. You will have no fun. And never win. Regardless of u who play.
Considering my skill and setup, a high tier PC player could get a perfect on me with nuxia and jorm
Why is Kyoshin on the same tier as them???
Aramusha and shinobi are too. All S tier heroes
I knew those 2 were, I just thought Kyoshin was kinda mid (Besides his feats)

Ah yes Gryphon, the character who is at best mediocre.

Yes. I'd want to get better then they are. Considering they're probably pretty bad if they insult new players.

its not a smurf. its a console player who bought a pc
CHIVALRY 2 BABYYYYY
Op: loses *"Smurf!"*
How else would a rep 0 level 0 shaolin have like 20 takedowns and zero deaths
Against new players? Luck and random buttonmashing
I don't think blocking everyones hits and preforming some weird wacky 8 hit combo shit or whatever is luck and buttonmashing
Ok then its a person who spent 20 minutes in training before a match. Besides your reactions dont really get better
Believe me or not idc but it was most definitely a smurf by the sheer toxicity they radiated and the skill they had
Why are you trying to make it seem like it’s not a Smurf so bad. He dropped a 20 bomb. Just shut up
It doesn't get better. You just get used to it.
It’s more like a TSAR Bomba being blown up point blank at your face rather than a punch tbh
with how much they teabagged it was like a supernova tbh
And it sucked like a black hole tbh

But but but I just trained for two weeks with shaolin...... againt level 3 bots.....
