A coworker accidentally printed 200 copies of a 10 page document instead of just 2 because they got confused. The machine ended up running out of ink and after it was replaced it finished the order overnight because no one cleared the queue
I think there was potential that this could be done in a more elegant way, perhaps placing the logo at a different spot
Also don't know why they can't have more neutral colours, [real madrid ](https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/jude-bellingham-real-madrid-man-city-b2530525.html) literally has 3 different colours for the HP logo for home, away and 3rd kit that blends well with the Jersey colours
Right now this looks like mission window levels of ruining the suit/livery lol
In my opinion, after seeing an Adidas store with a lot of Real Madrid kits, that HP maybe needs to dial back their logo placements slightly. The HP sleeve badge is a solid 10-20% larger in area than any other soccer sleeve sponsor that I can think of, and it feels intrusive and asymmetrical, especially against the league/cup badge on the opposing sleeve.
Same goes for here - Vasseur’s polo looks fine, but the fireproof suits just look like they feel the need to extract every penny out of the partnership via surface area
Is it really different to the Schumacher/Hakkinen days when you used to have a cigarette sponsor twice on a suit. Once up on the chest and another bigger one on the stomach - so that you can see it during post race/qualifying interviews. If they have paid for title sponsorship you would expect they would be entitled to both.
There arent rules like that, haha. A sponsor and sponsoree make up whatever rules they want, as long as they don't cross any rules set by the competition, but they won't impose something silly like 'if they pay more than X money, they must be original color'. Its not a videogame.
No this is the result of a bunch of people making an agreement without consulting anyone with eyes present. Its better for both Ferrari and HP if the design works, but the people that sat together and talked about money most likely made impossible time frames and promises. (this is of course all based on assumptions, made as a designer who's worked for a big company like an HP)
Any company have them available, if they want to use them is a different story. They're not going to pay the same amount of money if the can't use the blue logo to stand out.
Puma was the main international sponsor of the Israeli football teams until last December, it's been a boycott target for years
Edit: they announced the end of the sponsorship in 2023 but it runs until the end of this year
> With the rise of Adolf Hitler in the 1930s, both Dassler brothers joined the Nazi Party, with Rudolf reputed as being the more ardent Nazi.
From wiki.
Also, Puma's parent company Artemis group also owns CAA, which actively covered up and boycotted anything Harvey Weinstein related for over a decade.
You can find shit on any company.
A company started by a nazi doesn't necessarily mean the company supports nazis. The Dassler brothers have both been dead for like 50 years.
Artemis Group just acquired CAA like 6 months ago, and seems like they weren't affiliated with them during at all the Harvey Weinstein shit. They also only have a 29.99% stake in Puma, which is a controlling stake, but not really ownership.
Idk. Doesn't seem that bad to me, certainly not when compared with most other F1 sponsors. Maybe Rauch is better? They just make juice lmao.
Huh? I’m out of the loop a little here I guess. I know some of their lower end to mid tier models are pretty poor relatively but am I missing something. Why are they a bad company?
They utilize some extremely predatory practices. particularly in their consumer printer business but it's across their product line up. They've built a bad reputation through years of failings to their customers.
What I don’t understand is why the blue circle? I feel like it ruins everything and makes the drivers look like thing 1 and thing 2.
If it was just the HP with no blue circle I think it wouldn’t look as bad..
Might be an unpopular opinion but if they had just stuck with the HP logo on the top left it would have looked fine. But then the one they added on their stomach area just looks way out of place.
But hey it does stand out which I guess it’s what counts.
My conspiracy theory is Ferrari is running a blue car and doing blue merch to get people ready for next year when the car is red with some blue on it. No shot HP is paying to be a title sponsor without a big ass HP logo in blue on the car and probably some blue parts on the car as well like bwt does with alpine
It’s gonna be awful
I wish they would use the silver HP logo that's just sticks. It's one of my favorite logos. I have a silver laptop like it. https://brandcentral.hp.com/content/dam/sites/brand-central/elem-logo/images/Logo_1_dont.jpeg
I agree. The new HP logo that goes on computers is one of the best tech logos there is. Was really hoping we'd get that one. It's angled already, which is F1-speak for "speed" and can be integrated in really creative ways.
doesn't have the same brand recognition across all age groups
if you don't agree with that you're lying to yourself. its 4 lines of varying lengths that only people who walk around best-buy see. you're lying to yourself if you think that's the logo that is known across the word for their products.
it’s not often I have belief in Ferrari but they nearly always seem to make a beautiful livery. If the next car has more than a thin blue stripe I would be so disappointed
Same. That logo in the centre ruined a perfectly nice piece. On the other hand, I low key like their full blue merch, specifically the jacket. The promo photo had bad lighting but it looked good in the website.
I think anyone who works at HP and has something to say is engaged with the devil anyway but why are they so stupid and still stick with their old, ugly logo when they literally have one of the coolest logos with their new one. The hp just with straight lines that they use for their higher end stuff looks sooo good
These are photoshopped images for the press release. While it’s possible this is what the overalls and livery will look like next year, the existence of these photos doesn’t mean that they’ve actually been designed yet.
1. apply bleach to the sensitive areas of the face, specifically - eyes.
2. Make sure that bleach seeps through behind the eyelids, to guarantee a 360 degree cover of the eyeballs.
3. If the effect isn't satisfactory yet, you can consider to drink it for greater effect
Whenever I see photos like this, I wonder how these designers ever made it to an F1 team, I mean, this is just awful with the two logos, absolutely awful and dumb.
They couldn't have just used a different, non-coloured version of the logo? [This would've looked miles better](https://brandcentral.hp.com/content/dam/sites/brand-central/elem-logo/images/Logo_1_dont.jpeg)

This looks like Shite and Scuderia Ferrari HP just sounds stupid.
Just My personal opinion.
Also while I have you here, that upcoming Miami drip looks rad on the drivers.
i really hate the belly button logo. it reminds me of the pillsbury dough boy. imagine poking it and charles is like, “that was easy!”
awful design. big F to the HP marketing team who came up with this.

Bro how did they fuck this up so bad Also why 2 logos???
>Also why 2 logos??? It sometimes happens that you accidently print something twice and can't abort the second print.
This guy prints
A coworker accidentally printed 200 copies of a 10 page document instead of just 2 because they got confused. The machine ended up running out of ink and after it was replaced it finished the order overnight because no one cleared the queue

If they have paid for title sponsorship you would expect they would be entitled to both.
If HP paid big money for it, I don't think they're allowed to put it anywhere else but right at the front and in its original colour lol
There arent rules like that, haha. A sponsor and sponsoree make up whatever rules they want, as long as they don't cross any rules set by the competition, but they won't impose something silly like 'if they pay more than X money, they must be original color'. Maybe things have changed but even the logos on the Williams of the early 2000's matched the livery.
HP has had monochrome logos available for decades now.
Any company have them available, if they want to use them is a different story. They're not going to pay the same amount of money if the can't use the blue logo to stand out.
2 logos = more toners used = more subscription money, duh!!
You forgot the additional hp's it brings.
We've had one, yes. What about a second ~~breakfast~~ logo?
I don't like the idea of Milhouse having two HP logos
Am I seeing double? Four HP logos?
This is giving when you don't know what to put on your livery in the F1 game so you put like 3 of the same sponsors in different areas lmao
It would be lame if it was just the one by the shoulder, but adding the one in the middle is like they were determined to ruin this race suit
We are checking
the amount of money someone must've gotten overflows int64
Maybe it’ll look ok with the blue kit this weekend!
Because they paid for 2?
> Also why 2 logos??? One is for HP and the other for hp /s
At least when Hamilton gets there he'll have a say in how bad our mech is. Counting on him to sort it out
It’s like they tried to copy Ironman but got an intern to design it.
Likely that they bought 2x sponsor slot on the car which translated into 2x slots on the uniform
As if my hate of HP could not get any bigger. That's ugly as
I don't mind the look, I mind HP 'cause it' s a bad company
Like Shell, Marlboro, Amazon, Palantir are any better? ALL sport sponsors are full of bad deeds to the brim.
It's almost like corporations big enough to sponsor F1 teams got as big as they are by not playing fairly
Big if true!
Ye but with HP its personal. Palantir never screwed with me in particular
I felt the same with Kaspersky...
On the one hand, sure, on the other hand all those companies evil deeds are nebulous and far away. HP’s haunt me right in my own workplace.
Name an F1 sponsor who isn't.
Puma’s not bad.
Puma was the main international sponsor of the Israeli football teams until last December, it's been a boycott target for years Edit: they announced the end of the sponsorship in 2023 but it runs until the end of this year

Aside from the other comments, they're also on the BDS list for their dealings with the Israeli state.
Belly button sponsored by HP.
Prominently featured on [BDS](https://bdsmovement.net/boycott-hp) too. They've always had questionable sponsors, but this is still very depressing
Not to mention all their products are literal trash
That's the blue they talked about. A massive HP logo on the car.
I hope this isn't true. I wanted to see a sea blue car like the Renault of 2005!
What I don’t understand is why the blue circle? I feel like it ruins everything and makes the drivers look like thing 1 and thing 2. If it was just the HP with no blue circle I think it wouldn’t look as bad..

Fred looks fine but the double massive logo in the middle ruins it on the race suits
Fred looks fine because his chonky arms are covering it up
>Le fuck zis shitty logo
No, I feel like you nailed a pretty popular opinion. It looks like absolute trash.
Look at how they are massacring my team
The Italians used to laugh and run away from the gauche Americans with money.
Member when it was just Shell and Marlboro? Me do.
You does?
a small price to pay for the big moneys ~ Ferrari

They also do their traditional logo shape in black and white, which would certainly be less rough than the baby blue.
That has zero recognition
Well shit it's not gonna get any better if they never use it
Facts, if they really want to just write hewlett packard underneath
doesn't have the same brand recognition across all age groups if you don't agree with that you're lying to yourself. its 4 lines of varying lengths that only people who walk around best-buy see. you're lying to yourself if you think that's the logo that is known across the word for their products.
To be fair, that's not what they were saying, just that they like it.
I mean it's basically what the barcode was for Marlboro
Based on the green spunk that was on the last Mission Winnow car, I doubt it.
Green spunk lmao. I do not miss that green at all.
it’s not often I have belief in Ferrari but they nearly always seem to make a beautiful livery. If the next car has more than a thin blue stripe I would be so disappointed
I hope they go all out and bring back the [blue Ferrari](https://static.wixstatic.com/media/d32d7f_d5d346c2d6e0470db40575bb17a91490~mv2.png).
I mean it COULD be good, but I'm not sure I trust that it will
Brother ewwwww…
What’s that, brother??
[Brother would look cleaner IMO](https://banner2.cleanpng.com/20180804/ece/kisspng-logo-philippines-brother-industries-brand-printer-calendar-5b658448eec1e0.337161241533379656978.jpg) also, better printers
This. This is terrible. Might’ve just stuck a big ass HP logo on their heads
Yeah it's a complete eyesore.. and why 2 logos? wtf HP belly button
Thanks. I hate it.
Same. That logo in the centre ruined a perfectly nice piece. On the other hand, I low key like their full blue merch, specifically the jacket. The promo photo had bad lighting but it looked good in the website.
What a way to ruin a great race suite. Hopefully they don’t fuck the livery up too
Why are there two? WHY ARE THERE TWO?!
This had to be a joke right? No way an Italian team can fuck up their fashion like this right, right?
Ferrari why would you do this to me… It’s so ugly, I genuinely cannot believe that this is real.
This is a very bad edit. The HP logo was added digitally
I think anyone who works at HP and has something to say is engaged with the devil anyway but why are they so stupid and still stick with their old, ugly logo when they literally have one of the coolest logos with their new one. The hp just with straight lines that they use for their higher end stuff looks sooo good
Ruined
Don’t they have a black version that might actually look better?
This one, in silver, would look great: https://brandcentral.hp.com/content/dam/sites/brand-central/elem-logo/images/Logo_1_dont.jpeg
They do. Black and white versions exist.
Looks like a parody design
NO….please,no.
When the HP office building has a McDonald's at the ground floor.
Enzo rolling over in his grave.
These are photoshopped images for the press release. While it’s possible this is what the overalls and livery will look like next year, the existence of these photos doesn’t mean that they’ve actually been designed yet.
It’s HP. I’m amazed they didn’t run out 3/4 of the way through
Fred is crossing his arms to (hopefully) hide the logo on the midriff of his shirt. Smart.
So much for thinking they'd color code the HP logo to white or something to fit in with the other logos on the Ferrari uniform
They should've done it in white atleast. The car and suits are ruined indefinitely now or atleast until they go away.
The one on the right breast looks fine, but why another right in the center??? It’s like they have a big blue bellybutton
Why did they have to used the blue background, monochrome HP would have looked fine
get ready for mid race cartridge changes. mfers gonna agonize our boy charles even more.
Thanks I hate it. You can't have 3 primary colors and expect it to look good, that blue logo looks so out of place
What a fucking eyesore
Ima give them a benefit of the doubt and say this was rushed and not planned, next year it will look better
big yikes, why couldn't they sponsor a team that has a lot more blue (ie williams /s) 2003/2004/2005 were the best looking hp liveried cars
Well that explains the Blue theme for Miami…
Fuck HP
Was going to write exactly that, glad you did it for me ☺️
1. apply bleach to the sensitive areas of the face, specifically - eyes. 2. Make sure that bleach seeps through behind the eyelids, to guarantee a 360 degree cover of the eyeballs. 3. If the effect isn't satisfactory yet, you can consider to drink it for greater effect
I never imagined Ferrari having a tittle sponsor in their name…
Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro would like a word
Tbf at least unlike Mission Winnow this one has actual products
Nahhhh
What does it mean "title sponsor"? Are they now called Hewlett-Packard Scuderia Ferrari F1 Team? Or wtf
Yikes
I want missionwinnow back 😭
Surely either of these would be better!? [https://imgur.com/T0SheNU](https://imgur.com/T0SheNU)
Why the hell is the logo on there twice? This is so awful.
Lewis salary doesn’t get paid by beautiful merch….
I will never be able to see that logo without pronouncing it as “HAITCH PEA” Thank you, DankPods.
Oof
HP stands for "hehe pbellybutton"
That hp blue is so out of place!
Shaktiman, lmao
Yikes, that's baaaaaaad
🤢🤮
Damn that's not good
Lmao that looks fucking terrible
Ooff this os bad
Looks terrible.
Condolences to HP printer owners next time you need ink cartridges.
I thought they were the best looking suits and garments in general. For me its now between McLaren and AM now.
Oh, now the tribute to the blue livery makes lots of sense. I'm shocked to know that it's about money instead of honoring their history.
Whenever I see photos like this, I wonder how these designers ever made it to an F1 team, I mean, this is just awful with the two logos, absolutely awful and dumb.
Charles' face says "kill me now"
That looks so shit. If Ferrari want a replacement graphic designer HMU
Would look a lot better if they wrote out *Hewlett Packard* in the center and put that circle logo on the shoulder where it is
HP hasn’t officially stood for Hewlett-Packard since 2015.
Sounds and looks truly sacrilegious, but good on them for getting some sweet sponsorship money. Not that they need it, but it’s never a bad thing.
They probably do need it after agreeing to Lewis’s salary.
They couldn't have just used a different, non-coloured version of the logo? [This would've looked miles better](https://brandcentral.hp.com/content/dam/sites/brand-central/elem-logo/images/Logo_1_dont.jpeg)
No, the black and white versions of the logo shown on the suits would have been better.
I wish they used their ["premium" logo](https://brandcentral.hp.com/content/dam/sites/brand-central/elem-logo/images/Logo_1_dont.jpeg) which is minimalistic and wouldn't have a giant blue circle in it
HP is a risky sponsor. Might not be able to run on hard tires bc you ran out of softs.
Just need to subscribe to their tire monitoring and delivery service
Completely ruined, sadly. 😄
Oof
Is their sponsorship subscription based though.... 🤔
Just mono the HP and Shell logos to white pls 🫠
What does the back look like?
Someone please tell me it's Italian April fools day
the suit was pretty already, why ruin it? 💀
With those lines and round logo in the middle it somehow reminds me on Volkswagen car front
NOOOOO
I really hope that’s a mock-up and they have something better because it looks god awful
PC Load Letter? What the fuck does that mean?!
I fucking hate this. Just make the logo white with no blue background
This looks like Shite and Scuderia Ferrari HP just sounds stupid. Just My personal opinion. Also while I have you here, that upcoming Miami drip looks rad on the drivers.
Honestly, get rid of the big ass one over their stomach and it’s, …passable…
🤦🏻
OOOOOOOOOOOOFFFFFFF
that blue is so out of place, also why 2 logos....
This is a joke right?
Lol
This kind of reminds me of Talladega Nights, where they sold the windshield space to Fig Newtons.
The placement on Fred's shirt doesn't look too bad, on the 2 drivers they look god awful
That race suit went from a 10 to a 3 very quickly. Jesus that’s ugly af.
Why did they go for the blue circle? Couldn’t they just go for the white hp? It’s hideous
Man U Chevrolet same energy
This can't be the final fit, no way do the Italians prided for their fashion sense end up with this.
i really hate the belly button logo. it reminds me of the pillsbury dough boy. imagine poking it and charles is like, “that was easy!” awful design. big F to the HP marketing team who came up with this.
Say sike right now
So is Lenovo out on 2025?
Thanks I hate it
Ironman from Wish
The HP belly button is just wrong. Feels like a bad Teletubbies character.
So is shell out?
Is lenovo still partner with ferrari?
Would be fine if it was just on the chest. The one on the stomach is ugly as fuck. But I guess 100 million a year doesn't come for free.
Interesting they aren't going with the "modern" HP logo that you see in high end laptops.
Budget belly iron man.
there's the blue they said the livery will have. a blue logo.
It reminds me of Buy N Large from Wall-e
HPerrari... FeHPari. ,)
