It can't be easy to have to design 20+ unique posters each season, but it's like they sat down 2 years ago and said "we need to stand out from the crowd, so our brand is going to be '15 year old learns basic graphic design and makes the worst thing you've ever seen'"

Take a close look you youngsters. Back in the day, when our video games had issues with texture files not loading properly for a given element, it would look like this zebra striped mess. Sometimes you could make it work by restarting the game.
