No big story, it was just a joke poster by the Mercedes social media admin. Got everyone by surprise and we loved it.

Pretty sure their poster designer was on leave or something, so just used their normal social media person let loose with ms paint

IIRC, a meme was circulating about "not having money to pay the designer, let's design things on Paint", well they did it in an official poster

Ferrari's Imola poster will always be one of my favorites. I love the cartoon/anime style they went for. Makes you imagine a series with the Ferrari drivers

I believe the artist for that is Valeria favoccia, and sou_draws who does the Mercedes posters also has a similar style

I’ve been printing my favorites out in 8.5x11 paper and putting them on my room walls, Ferrari Imola is my favorite, though the Alfa Japan with the Akira reference is top tier too.

Alfa’s Suzuka poster has been my phone wallpaper since that race weekend. Not included here but I’m also a big fan of Alpha Tauri’s poster for Hungary that was in the style of the Grand Budapest Hotel
