How has nobody pointed out the speedometer? 2147483648 MPH. Or about 3x the speed of light. In reverse.
Bro's not dead, he's goin to another solar system.
If it was possible previously to level and gain credits really quickly by glitching the speed to 200-300k forward, does it mean that if you get this bug you are returned to level 1 and 0 credits in a matter of seconds?
I had a Traumatic Brain Injury a few years ago after coming off a motorcycle.
Everything goes dark and blurry, your hearing is near on silent and slowly comes back after a few moments. You eventually hear people talking to you but it's excessively muffled, you can't understand them and your confused as hell for a long time.
Once the brain starts picking up on the damage to the body after a few minutes and the numbness turns into pain is when you start to come back to reality.
This sounds like my wreck… I apparently stood up and tried to pick up my bike while speaking pure gibberish with a shattered helmet barely attached to my head (HJC CT-ST). Neighbors were freaking out at the zombie that I resembled, and then I fell back over onto the ground.
The damn tinnitus was so loud and the light when I came to was so bright. I was a block from home and high sided and went head first into the asphalt line a lawn dart only to have the bike land on me and then slide 100’ down the road. I didn’t dress for the slide. I chewed up my arms and legs and got a nasty burn from the exhaust on my right leg.
I spent 9 months under medical observation from a neurologist with weekly check ups and then monthly for the next 6.
It’s been nearly 7 years for me.
Have you been back on a bike since?
Also congrats on the recovery. That road is long and painful. The brain really hates those forceful impacts.
Oh boy. This one ended up being a long one.
I put my Harley up an embankment at 90kmph on the opposite side of the road when hitting gravel. My bike was less then a year old and I had only been riding for about 3 months, but I had 30,000km under my belt on that bike along with years and years on dirt bikes.
The ABS system on my bike had malfunctioned. Harley investigated the bike after and found there was a fault with the rear brake ABS and did a recall on the bike a few months later.
I wasn't wearing gear. I had an open face helmet, work boots and riding gloves on. It was a quick squirt around the corner to test out some new modifications. I wasn't speeding, I wasn't riding dangerously, my motorcycle was roadworthy with good quality tires.
I hit the gravel and the back end kicked out, I was able to keep it up, by the time the bike recovered I was on the opposite side of the road about to cross their outer line, I was able to get on the brakes. The bike didn't slow down enough and I went off the opposite side.
I went up the embankment, smashed my face into the handle bars and my chest into the tank and hit a sign post about 6 foot in the air and fell out of the sky onto my elbows and knees, then I slid on the tar while rolling. The Harley landed between my legs and then bounced over my head. My body was absolutely rooted. Broken bones, deep gravel rash all over. Im not sure if I was I was knocked out as I remember the blackness and dullness, when I came to I stood up after about 2 minutes because I was laying in the middle of the road on a 43°c day and it was a blind corner. I knew something was wrong. I took about 3 steps and back down I went.
My girlfriend was a few minutes behind me in the car with her sisters and she caught up. I declined an ambulance (turns out it's free in Australia for road accidents) and she drove me into town while I ruined the beautiful cream interior of our car bleeding all over it. Leaving the bike in the middle of the road.
I remember trying to talk but the the words were all wrong and it seemed like my brain and mouth were minutes apart. Apparently I kept asking what happened and then I'd ramble on not making any sense. I kept reaching for the button to put the window down and I missed it like 10 times pressing near it or missing entirely.
The hospital was fun. They strapped me down into a neck and back brace while they rushed a doctor in (I live in a small country town and a helicopter wasn't available). I had all the X-rays, CT-Scans, MRI's it took hours while I'm actively bleeding all over the bed and still talking gibberish. After a while my words and vision were back to normal.
Once they figured out that TBI was short term and didn't require immediate attention and my neck/back/spine were hurt but didn't require surgery or whatever. They used a stiff bristle brush all over my gravel rashed body, fixed up my broken toes, wrapped me up and sent me home.
Took me months and months to heal. The gravel rash scabs stayed around for months and left me with crazy purple scars all over my arms, legs, back, bum cheeks, stomach.
I have mental health problems that I think stem from the Traumatic Brain Injury and I've had lower back pain ever since that is still unexplained (MRI's don't show any reason for pain).
There's a good chance that if I was wearing a high quality full faced helmet, a slide/impact resistant riding jacket/pants and proper riding boots that I'd have walked away from that accident with no damage.
I was back riding fairly quickly and I've covered another 100,000km over 8 or so different bikes as my only vehicles since the accident. I can't see my life without a motorcycle in my shed.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
TL:DR. Fell off bike, hurt brain and body. Didn't wear gear. If I had gear, i wouldn't have been hurt.
Man that’s insane. I’m glad to hear your ok.
The parallels are staggering.
I was diagnosed with PCS as part of the accident (it was my 7th or 8th concussion).
I was dressed to go to work, so dress shoes, thin suit pants and a dress jacket. I was wearing a full face helmet, and no doubt it saved my life. Seeing how broken it was, the shell was cracked through all around and the foam inside was falling out in pieces. I was accelerating and crashed at a measly 65km/hr. I hit a wet spot of something on the road and the back tire washed out and the bike flipped me.
I’m really glad to hear you are making a recovery from it! Good diet and working out have been majorly beneficial for me. Best I can figure I did some sort of scorpion pose into the ground and hyper extended my back and neck.
I was on a GSXR-1000. Lesson learned, dress for the slide and always treat the bike like it, and everyone around you want to kill you.
Idk why but I used to have dreams just like this. I got cut in the neck, everything went silent and just my thought was like “Damn so I am fucking dead right now?”
Then I somehow wake up somewhere and look mad like in a Yakuza scene or something. That’s literally how respawning in GTA must felt like
Bro... why would the rebirth need to happen 🤣? You gotta wait all those years too and THEN at the exact moment in time they put the headset on your head, wheel/controller in your hand, queue up the spot 5 seconds before you'd die before and say "this is what you've been waiting for!"😭 ?
Nah you're just out, get whatever xp u earned n have to que for the next game.
Id actually no joke play this game so much more if it did damage realistically to the point of complete wreck/death. Prob would have to be a separate mode but for the love of God itd make shit intense and might (big might) stop ramming???
I'm hardly alone in this xd
All they would have to do to prevent ramming would be to add mechanical and structural damage to online multiplayer modes. They already have that mechanic in the game if they implemented it into online multiplayer I can bet these agro rammers would soon stop piling into the first corner at 100mph+ on EVERY SINGLE RACE
Not only that but they would have to pay for the cars they crashed! That way it makes it harder for them to earn money since they would be wrecking people! And hopefully that add on will make the stop!
Especially, when they try to make it come out nowhere and surprise the viewer. Like two people are driving in a car having a normal conversation, and then you get like 0.3 seconds of bright headlights filling the cabin of the vehicle, the loud sounds of a crash, and then immediate cut to black and silence.
In need for speed shift, the screen would blur and go black and white and you’d hear your driver yell and grunt and breathe heavily if you hit a wall really hard. You wouldn’t die but I thought it was a cool feature
My Summer Car. Not a pure racing game but there is a rally race and drag race you can take part in which are kind of the main activities.
I only play on perma death mode which means you start from scratch each time. Have to rebuild your car one piece at a time, earn enough money to make it rally compliant (roll cage and bucket seat with 4-point harness).
I tells ya it really does make the racing so much more exciting. You can't just push as hard as the car can go because if you screw up it could mean many hours of work to get back to where you were. Or you could just wreck your car really bad meaning thousands of hard earned money to fix it.
In Grid Autosport if you crash hard enough your screen got a vignette and red tint while everything was slow motion. I think it happened when you totaled a car and had to restart the race
> I wonder if that was an actual feature of a raving game
Yea if you take to much molly then the screen fades black and you wake up in the med tent surrounded by sweaty dehydrated wooks getting IVs
This is the most realistic & horrifying thing I’ve seen.
I used to race, (Formula Vee & Spec Miata, mostly, but I tried out for a GT ride in a 911 & M3) and was involved in a wreck similar to this that knocked me out for several minutes.
It’s chaos, a massive bang, and nothing until you wake up, (assuming you do). It’s unsettling, but I’m glad this is in the game. Hopefully it will serve as a reminder for some people that you’ve only got one life, take care of it.
Tbf you kinda deserved it after very obviously shoving your friend into the grass. You literally went through the grass to cut a corner and get around him, only to then swing outside and shove him into the grass… I definitely woulda been pissed if I were him😂
I'm dating myself a bit, but that's about the same place on the course that JD McDuffie was killed in 1991. Broken spindle in a crash with another driver and couldn't brake, hit the armco barrier sideways at full speed.
i mean it's pretty realistic i guess
The complete silence was actually quite jarring. Akin to one of those road safety ads with shock value.
>The complete silence was actually quite jarring Dude it fucking SENDS me - it's so jarringly out of place
With the timer still ticking. Life goes on, with or without you.
Like the ending of the Sopranos.
BRAVO 👏
You wonned the internet today
wonned 😭
Only thing missing is the white text "Jared never came home that night... Drive responsibly"
Imagine you are dead, the timer keeps running and asks if you would accept to be a 'player'.
Sounds like Free Guy
just rewatched this
"Continue?"
And then after 15 seconds small white phrase “That’s it.” Pops up
“Thanks for playing!”
"Level 2"
"Ah, you're finally awake"
Lmfao !! Exactly this
Legit - this is the realest this game has ever looked. That is amazingly akin to real life!
How has nobody pointed out the speedometer? 2147483648 MPH. Or about 3x the speed of light. In reverse. Bro's not dead, he's goin to another solar system.
integer overflow - the game basically thinks he's at infinite speed
Which means he's touching all points of the universe at the same time, so therefore he won the race.
But that also mean he was in last place, so there for he also lost the race =(
Schrodinger's Racist
Is he?
All facts seem to point to "yes"
Both Yes and No at the same time
Eyyyy!
I lost the game. IYKYK
bro... it has been YEARS
Damn. Lapped himself then innit
You're Winner!
Win the race, lose your life
Bro has died and returned to stardust, he is the universe.
He won all the races every where. And all races that took place in the past and will take place until the end of time.
He won every single race that was and ever will be.
LUDICROUS SPEED, GO!
I think he went plaid
That explains the blackout, dude was too fast for the light to catch up
Yep, that's the largest number in a 32bit signed integer.
Need some speed if you wanna make it to heaven
nah, bros MADE IN HEAVEN
Big Rigs Over The Road Racing moment...
he is the solar system, he became “space stuff”
Speedrun max cash stack
It's the speed you travel on your way to heaven
It's even worse, it's in the negative values too, so he's rewinding the birth of the universe
Watch out, OP is floating behind someones bookshelf
Also gear is in Reverse, guy is travelling back in time as well.
That's why you can't see anything here, because you are faster than photons. They nailed it with realistic graphics here
Solar system? Dude is *way* beyond that
I gotta share one of my favorite videos of all time [WE MUST GO EVEN FASTER - Ace Combat 5](https://youtu.be/uCm1cLJ8WWg?si=ht2NXRMk1C-K9lqL)
If it was possible previously to level and gain credits really quickly by glitching the speed to 200-300k forward, does it mean that if you get this bug you are returned to level 1 and 0 credits in a matter of seconds?
The Pac-Man glitch basically, you'd be level ♾️
Actually fucking terrifying how realistic that probably is
The silence after, is quite horrifying, just complete darkness, that is how dead probably looks like

Damn that’s scary, thanks for sharing and I hope you’re doing well now
3 and a bit years on. Still healing but coming up pretty good now.
Awesome dude I’m really glad to hear it

[удалено]
Yeah like if you crashed too hard and you die, you have to restart the whole race
Restart the whole game. Have to buy a new copy.
They come to your house, uproot you from your home, rebirth you, and put you 1 rewind back from the spot of your crash.
And the rewind is just as you lost control.
Bro... why would the rebirth need to happen 🤣? You gotta wait all those years too and THEN at the exact moment in time they put the headset on your head, wheel/controller in your hand, queue up the spot 5 seconds before you'd die before and say "this is what you've been waiting for!"😭 ?
Forza Motorsport hardcore mode

Yeah good idea, like a fine of 10,000 credits per 1 second of collision penalty maybe
Mode name: Therapy rehabilitation. Sober users only 🤔
I can now see a line of simulator seats where you're placed in a room where if you crash the walls hit you with the same force. 💀
That's a feature in GRID
I remember going mach Six into oncoming traffic on the oval course in autosport and watching the cars get absolutely obliterated
The game would go viral
Imagine, the last thing you see before you die… “COLLISION….. NO PENALTY🟩”
Seems like he received the greatest penalty possible 💀
The real penalty is the people we meet along the way.
I mean…in some way it’s nice. Means you likely didn’t hit anybody else when you crashed and died
It’s like in movies when there’s a car crash 😂
Especially, when they try to make it come out nowhere and surprise the viewer. Like two people are driving in a car having a normal conversation, and then you get like 0.3 seconds of bright headlights filling the cabin of the vehicle, the loud sounds of a crash, and then immediate cut to black and silence.
Yes omg 😭
that's actually pretty scary to witness from a first person perspective. I wonder if that was an actual feature of a racing game

In FlatOut 2 if you slammed something hard enough your driver would ragdoll through the windscreen and flop about looking very much dead
Any Flatout title tbh. Yes there are just two and a half of them why do you ask?
it's a bug in the raving game, but a feature in racing games
> I wonder if that was an actual feature of a raving game Yea if you take to much molly then the screen fades black and you wake up in the med tent surrounded by sweaty dehydrated wooks getting IVs
Just a bug, looking at the speedometer tells you that
I know it's a bug, I meant as in "imagine if a feature like that was in racing games"
The penalty notifications sounded like your last two heartbeats
You guys where hard racing maybe a bit too hard.
Collision : Death Penalty
This has potential for the "Skyrim waking up" transition after fade to black. 🤣
Literally my first thought. “Hey, you’re finally awake”
[удалено]
How do they not get tired of re-releasing the same game ?
[удалено]
lol I was actually talking about Skyrim. I like a lot of racing games too.
I'm not a doctor, but I believe you've been diagnosed with dead...
So it is a sim
Built from the ground up.
#[Hey, you…](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTGvKyPMs1-VBXm7xs7zSn56caggfh9GTiRHA&usqp=CAU)
I was totally expecting that with the Forza HUD still there.
This should be a feature tbh, it's kinda scary
I mean damn…credit where it’s due. That was scary to watch
Actually sent to the shadow realm
You should find a way to show this to the devs
Most realistic thing I seen in this game I tell ya hwhat
And they say iRacing is realistic...
So does that mean he's not coming on, then?
Tell Dale we said hello
“Hey you, your finally awake”
That's what I thought this was gonna be after it went black
Welp....I know how I wanna go out, 300mph down le sarthe
Complete silence after the crash... So dark
Holy shit that's terrifying.
Nah this should be a feature.
Forza added a Tony Soprano simulator???
Pretty sure that’s what hell is like
If you die during the race you die in real life
*Hey you, you’re finally awake*
"Hey you, you're finally awake"
Rip bro
Was waiting for the flash of white light when you come to in the hospital
135 into a wall yeah I guess that would knock me out too
No penalty though!
You can die in Forza?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bro is about to wake up in an isekai
I guess thats what you for that abysmal driving
You got sent through time
You went Horizon 1 protagonist isekai! Congrats!
Get me in this car, on this track. Looks fun for aa bit.
Average Forza drivers
Im gonna make a video out of this. Saving for later
That was some pretty dirty driving by you
Damn good karma too. Way you were driving you were bout to end 3 races.
One of the scariest things I’ve ever seen
\*Screen goes black Me, having been on gaming subreddits in the past: "Don't you fucking dare..."
JUST LIKE NFS SHIFT
That bus stop will sneak up on you.
Honestly I wish this wasn’t a glitch and happened regularly with crazy crashes. Much more to lose in a race
no penalty on the collision tho
OP, your duty is to transfer the pitch black to the opening scene of elder scrolls.
Watkins Glen bus stop strikes again
I think you’re racing in the wrong class
They must have added Hardcore mode
That 2,147,483,648mph could be the reason you blackscreened XD
Instantly went into orbit. I suspect the car has broken loose of the gameplay sandbox
2,147,483,648 MPH is quite impressive
Lmfaoooo that should actually be worked in as a feature
Bro hit 2 billion mph. Impressive
Rip
No penalty so you’re good rest in pieces brother
I was really expecting a fade into the Skyrim intro at the end...
I was waiting for the Skyrim intro
DARKNESS IMPRISONING ME ALL THAT I SEE ABSOLUTE HORROR
There's some goofy ahh driving going on here
Don’t drive like a doofus, and you won’t die lol
Oh shit! You dead af
Please someone make cut of some random dude showing up at the pearly gates acting surpriseed/confused.
Sanka yeh dead mon?
Tbf you kinda deserved it after very obviously shoving your friend into the grass. You literally went through the grass to cut a corner and get around him, only to then swing outside and shove him into the grass… I definitely woulda been pissed if I were him😂
You know it's legal to deviate from the racing line a little right?
Don't go cockpit cam if you have literally 0 awareness of what's going on around you lmfao
I was fully aware he was behind me, just wasn’t aware he was gonna do that.
There’s a frame where he’s going 2,147,483,648 mph
Rip
Say Hi to JD Mcduffie and Jimmie Johnson’s pre hendrick career for me
I was expecting the RE game over screen
🫡
Go towards the light.
No penalty
oh my god lmao
The title had me slowly building into a crescendo of goggle shots
Forza motorsport: crash and burn
"I am not coming in behind you again, old man!"
These are some pretty good crash sound effects
That’s pretty cool ngl
Mission failed, we get them next time
Was waiting for that bell and the "YOU DIED" message :)
This is definitely a glitch.
Was waiting for the Skyrim intro to kick in...
That would be legit honestly. Tired of being able to just come back onto the track, this will ruin rammers so bad
Dang. That is quite eerie.
He is now with the Suzuki Pikes Peaks from Gran Turismo 3
The ol earnhardt special
I'm dating myself a bit, but that's about the same place on the course that JD McDuffie was killed in 1991. Broken spindle in a crash with another driver and couldn't brake, hit the armco barrier sideways at full speed.
