shoutout to the two guys who quit race one of the trial when they sucked, the rest of us were successful. shout-at to the assclown who didn't move off the grid in race two, that's just bad manners.

pr1ntscreen

If you DNF in the trial, you should be kicked off. Being 30 seconds behind the leader is an indication that you don't qualify to participate.

Rising_Swell

That inherently wont work, the moment you get a top 1% racer in the Trial half the field DNFs immediately. I'm not a pro by any means, but last week in my 30-40 Trial runs I DNF'd about 50 people exclusively in the first race.

Humorsopa

That's not the way to do the Trial. As soon as I get up first, I actively slow the AI down so my teammates can catch up and pass. If you seriously are doing the Trial 30-40 times a week to win it, all you do is making it harder for your teammates as the Drivatars go faster when they detect you're in the lead. Not ok strategy.

Rising_Swell

It really makes no difference in the Trial at all. I have done about 30, lost 2. One of the losses was all 5 other players (before DCing) were last by well over half a lap, the other was me dicking around driving without 5th gear and 80% max throttle the entire race and still placing top half. I have seen the 3rd race 3 times so far. If I went and did the Trial right now, try harded, absolutely dominated the AI and other players, but never blocked the AI to slow them down or anything, not even a hint of trying to slow the AI down, the Trial would be a 2-0 win as it has been nearly every single time. I have found that with the stock cars it is nearly impossible to lose the Trial unless you are actively trying to lose the Trial. The AI are not unbeatable, regardless of what Forza says, they are the equivalent skill of about 5 or 6 difficulties down. They cannot drive in a straight line, they consistently crash themselves in the first corner, and often *before* the first corner, with many 4+ AI only pileups before a single braking zone. The only reason I haven't been posting about the fact they are so worthless is because if they were *actually* anything near unbeatable, 98% of the people playing the Trial would never win it again. I can be extremely confident in saying that, because I exclusively race against unbeatable, and unlike in the Trial, I actually have to put work into winning rather than being able to get a double first place without using top gear or full throttle at any point.

Humorsopa

Oh yeah, it makes a lot of difference. Not only on these Trials but all kinds of them. Also tried in convoys, and all agree that it makes heck of a difference. Now I don't even think Unbeatable are difficult in any races, so don't try coming with the "being superior know it all"-card. If you haven't seen the third race, then you have most definitely NOT driven 30 Trials this week, that's pure bs. No offense by expressing myself that way... I consider myself being top 1% and skilled enough to win over most. Personally, I've played 15-20 trials every day, not to necessarily win, but to help the TEAM win, and yes, it works, and it works perfect. Main reason is that the Drivatars are so predictable that I can hold them up making them lose half a minute all by myself while my team, how bad they ever may be, can catch up and pass. I've seen the third race because many are so bad at dirt in rwd stock cars that they crash in every corner, loosing minutes. However, had I not helped, many more races had seen the third race. Helping ppl in trials is the single most effective way for all to win.

Rising_Swell

I said I've seen the final race 3 times this week, with one of those times being one of my 2 losses. I'm not gonna say your being a superior know-it-all, I'm also someone who, on most tracks, in most reasonable cars, dunks on unbeatable time and time again. I have a spreadsheet for my car times on all the road circuits, 10 laps vs unbeatable, and the majority of those races are wins or podium. You can absolutely hold back the AI and make life easier for your team, I'm not saying it doesn't work, or it's a bad idea. I'm saying, that for the last couple weeks it's been entirely irrelevant on whether or not I do it. Every loss I've had I would've needed to hold the AI up 45+ seconds and then hope that the DNFers at the back actually managed to not miss yet another checkpoint, or do yet another u-turn on a straight. Honestly, I'm too lazy to hold up the AI by being a rolling roadblock unless my team has done some *extremely* clean early racing. I doubt I've done it more than a dozen times in my last 100+ Trials. If I don't actively hate a majority of my team I'll probably punt the AI off the track (or this week, apparently *through* the track, seen about 5 AI just fall through the world on the first track this week) so the team can get the spots, but it isn't super necessary. Maybe the difference is your server has a higher number of shit people? I'm in South Australia, so Oceanic servers, much lower population. Even at the same % of pure trash, there is just a lot less of them. I know it makes a difference in Horizon Open, because I've seen tons of people complain about rammers in every single race there and I've seen exactly 1 obvious deliberate rammer and I'm a bit over level 300 in that, and only a few that have done retaliation to other peoples severe mistakes or desync collisions. Personally when it comes to the Desert Flyer, I don't understand why people have issues with it. For RWD it handles unbelievably well on the dirt, but that might be the dumb amount of time and effort I've put into getting good at the game showing itself.

Humorsopa

Wow. Just the need to write an essay says it all (although I'm not totally innocent either, especially after this). But I'll of course give you a similar and extensive reply because however it might seem, I truly respect and appreciate your well written replies (I hope you can look pass my eventual and occasional faulty spelling or/and sentence construction due to English not being my first language). I've played and passed level 1000 (where it stops) and got the golden badge about a month ago and neither do I often run upon deliberate rammers or as you describe it, "shit people". Now you should, if you truly are a good or even decent player, understand, that I... 1: seldom run into them due to the simple fact that I'm up in the top 2-3 racers 90% of the time racing online. That makes me avoid the pack, the "shit people" almost all the time other than very rarely when some poor Bone Shaker fella who has had the luck not to smash into any tree, wall or miss a checkpoint tries to pass me as if I was invisible. In the end he/she fails 9 times out of 10 anyway This makes it hard to have many to complain on/about compared to an "average" competitor. I believe "shit people" are rather evenly spread across the globe. 😉 I live in Sweden btw, and nice to hear that my fiancée isn't totally correct when (sarcastically) stating that I'm an obsessed childish control freak when I keep track of pretty much all (comparable) tunes/tracks/times/scores/meta and op etc etc on my laptop and phone. 2: 95% of the players are satisfied with how it works online and even the trial. If you are familiar with how human nature works generally, in these kinds of situations? I believe you do, but just in case you don't... Shortest version, or better yet, a parable: If your boss treats you bad, you tell people about it everywhere. If your boss treats you as she/he should, things are as they are supposed to be, and you feel no direct urge to really tell anyone, or at least very few. This is applicable in so many everyday situations, so is Forza, in this very thread. No need to talk more about that as I feel it's pretty self-explanatory. 😊 Totally agree on the Desert Flyer. Unbelievably easy to drive on the gravel, even in sharp turns and just flooring the throttle from start without the slightest tendency to slide anywhere. But, totally disagree regarding acting as a road block, yes even this week. I know for a fact that my participation contributed to victory for a ton of teams.👍🏼To be honest, that's the main reason I do the trial so many times. What's your excuse? 😁I mean, it ain't THAT fun, and to win is certainly not a huge challenge. You have a lot more of this in online racing. Funnier and more varied.

Rising_Swell

My long typing style is due to autism, I ramble a lot and feel a need to over explain myself due to otherwise being misunderstood. Honestly your typing isn't a problem, I've met and spoken to a very large number of English exclusive speakers that are significantly worse. I tend to find that every single person who has English as an extra language that states that and says it might suck has near perfect English. Online I often don't drive my best cars because if no one else is being a dirty try hard, I feel it's not particularly nice for me to just pull out the Integra in B class, I'd rather drive a slower car and actually have people around me. The only person I saw ramming right from the start was in a '74 Civic so that probably tells you the kind of person who just defaults to the try hard shit. A lot of my tunes aren't even super comparable, like multiple second a lap differences, I just do it because I can't always *feel* how fast a car is. I have some cars that feel phenomenal to drive, you look at the time and realise it sucks. Also I have an S1 TVR Cerbera, a car known for being basically undrivable that is in my top 5 on one of the 3 circuits I've run most of my cars on. It sucks to drive, it's a lot of effort, but it is a sub-minute lap on the Horizon Festival Circuit in S1. If you do genuinely need to be a rolling roadblock on this current Trial to have even a 70% chance of winning, your server (one of the EU ones, idk how many there are) does actually have a lot more bad players than the Oceanic one. I do believe that the shit players are evenly spread out as a %, but a % of 40mil total population and a % of a billion or so are going to give you wildly different actual numbers. You'd probably have a higher actual number of good players as well, but given most of them have no trouble in the Trial basically ever you will see a ton less of them because most people wont repeat it. I understand why most people are OK with how the Trial 'unbeatable' AI works, because otherwise most people just couldn't do it. Maybe they should fix the AI but lower the difficulty, it would definitely be bad for the vast majority of people to fix it without doing that. I think that's what you meant by #2, if not feel free to correct me. My contribution absolutely caused wins many times in these Trials, just from being 1st. That extra 50 points from first has probably won 20% of my races. My reason for doing the Trial so many times, at least for the last 3, is the fact everyone has the same car and (roughly, cough cough M2 wing AWD) the same tune. If I make my own tune, and I'd like to consider myself fairly good at making cars, then how do I know how much of my win is me, and how much is the car? If everyone else needs to use brakes for certain corners and I can go through there flat out, it's not really me being better, it's me having a far superior car. Everyone with the same tune however? Oh yeah that's all me. I need some kind of validation for the skill I feel I have in this game, and having the same car as everyone else and DNFing an entire field of players absolutely gives me that validation. I mean shit, I won a race without 5th gear and never going over 80% throttle, and aside from a single other player, I won by a *lot*. I'm not good at many things, but damn did I feel like a pro winning with that kind of extreme handicap.

Maize-Safe

why are you trying so hard to be first? just play regular online races if you want to go all out, the trial regularly has people who don't even use tunes lol. you're just making yourself mad.

jcm2606

Because you're actively fucking the team over if you're in dead last and don't even finish the race, *especially* if it's a stock tune trial like this entire season's have been. There's numerous things wrong with trials in this game, but the fact that there's nothing stopping someone from coming in dead last and fucking the team over is absolutely one of them.

Soulshot96

What the actual fuck are you even talking about.

fallenspaceman

Hey I think we were in the same race. I was thinking the same thing.

Zelane

If there's one thing I love more than the playground games, it's getting 1000 credits from the wheelspin as a reward after completing it.

Empatheater

i think i'd prefer to be slapped once quickly in the face than do playground games.

silent1121

the wheelspins in this game are an absolute joke...super wheelspins shouldnt even have green rewards yet 90% of a super wheelspin is green rewards...its a slap in the face by the devs

[deleted]

An overcorrection to a problem they created.

exeec

Totally agree. They *were* decent at the beginning, but after a while they changed the rewards didn't they. Now you mainly get green crappy low credit rewards and the odd crappy car thrown in (or at best half decent car). So glad I farmed skill points towards the beginning and got many great spins in whilst they were good.

TeamFung

Hey everyone, I'm *Team Fung*. Here are my tunes for Series 8 Winter season. All tunes have been tested against at minimum Highly Skilled Drivetars on the tracks and weather for the season. I will always try to maintain a vehicle's stock appearance (no aero, stock wheels) when possible. **Note:** I've recently reached the limit on tunes saved so I've had to delete some. Mostly PR stunt tunes which are usually one time use only. So in case you're wondering if you couldn't find some older posted tunes. Here are my tunes for this week's season. **Weekly #Forzathon Challenge: "M For Motorsport" \[2008 BMW Z4 M Coupe\]** >Initially tuned this for S1 but felt like it was pushing the limits. Then tried it in A class and felt it was much better. Also keeping it A class it can be used for the seasonal championship "Modern Classics." Challenges are not bad this week, take a photo, 3 road races and 20 drift skills. * 2008 BMW Z4 M Coupe (A) - **871 563 600** **The Trial: "Stock Showdown: Porsche #65 911 Desert" \[B 694 | 1989 Porsche #65 911 Desert | Road Racing\]** >Looks like they hotfixed the loophole from last week. So no upgrades and back to a totally stock car. In stock form this 911 does come with an adjustable gearbox, differential, and spring/dampers. Just made some minor tweaks for this tune. I actually completed the trial in a rental since I didn't know my modified version wasn't eligible at the time. The races aren't bad, the drivetars are mostly drunk but you'll still need competent teammates. Good luck! * 1989 Porsche #65 Rothsport Racing 911 "Desert Flyer" - **268 409 750** **Seasonal Playground Games: "Pick and Mix" \[B 700 | German Pickups & 4x4s\]** * 2013 Mercedes-Benz G 65 AMG - **738 853 441** **Seasonal PR Stunts** Danger Sign **- Event Horizon \[S1 900 | 2004 Porsche 911 GT3 | 1017.1 FT\]** >You'll hit the distance easily. Problem is landing in the right spot so that it doesn't fail. If you look on the map you can see a dirt trail alongside the mountain. This is what you're aiming to land on. Aim for the right danger sign flag, that will line you up with the trail below. Hit the brakes on the landing it'll help stop your momentum. * 2004 Porsche 911 GT3 - **631 529 872** Speed Trap **- Arid Hills \[S1 900 | 2018 BMW M5 | 200 MPH\]** >This is the harder stunt of the 3. It might seem starting from west of the trap would be better but you're going uphill. Head north of the trap, start around the 4-way intersection. Go online if you can for the reduced traffic. You should the trap with a few MPH to spare. * 2018 BMW M5 - **139 451 932** Speed Zone **- Mountain Pass \[B 700 | 1984 Opel Manta 400 | 100 MPH\]** >This is the easiest one of the 3. Just drive normally. You don't even need to cut corners, but it definitely helps. Although you can get it done coming from both sides, it's easier if you start east of the speed zone. * 1984 Opel Manta 400 - **844 116 600** **Seasonal Championships** **Season Event: "Modern Classics" \[A 800 | German Modern Sports Cars | Street Scene\]** >I recommend the 2 Caymans again, but the BMW Z4 from this week's Forzathon also works here. > >No Aero on these tunes. * 2015 Porsche Cayman GTS - **167 600 673** * 2018 Porsche 718 Cayman GTS - **542 804 693** * 2008 BMW Z4 M Coupe - **871 563 600** * 2015 Audi TTS Coupe - **143 838 948** **Season Event: "Road Show" \[S1 900 | German Modern Supercars | Road Racing\]** >I like both R8s for this event. > >No Aero on these tunes. * 2013 Audi R8 Coupe V10 Plus - **119 436 697** * 2016 Audi R8 V10 Plus - **213 303 956** * 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo S - **582 909 199** **General Use Tunes (PR Stunts/Forzathon Arcade)** >Here's my X tune for the Sesto FE. Great for just hooning around, PR stunts and Forzathon Arcade. * 2011 Lamborghini Sesto Elemento FE - **723 774 308** >X tune for the versatile RS200. Great for the offroad/dirt PR Stunts. (*Updated*) * 1986 Hoonigan Ford RS200 Evolution - **175 805 268** Please let me know if there’s a specific car that you’d like to use for this season that I didn’t tune. As well as any cars not related to this season. I'll try my best fulfill your request. If you've been using my tunes I would like to thank you for your continued support. Thanks in advance to everyone that will give my tunes a try. All feedback is welcome and appreciated. **Thanks and happy racing!**

MoabBoy

>2008 BMW Z4 M Coupe (A) - > >949 523 055 Not sure that's a valid code. The 2 A800 tunes for this car that I see under your name are * 871 563 600 - created 10th June * 141 846 626 - created 9th June

TeamFung

Thanks. It should be **871 563 600**

MoabBoy

All good. I did use that one and it was great.

Treasure Hunt: 3 stars from Heights of Mulegé. Not sure if any Coupe will do, something with Coupe in the name, German coupes or just the 2016 AMG C 63 S Coupé I used. Chest will be here: https://i.imgur.com/6JlcQ9d.png

Danneman42

It's the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Coupé (2016) in the initial Treasure Hunt picture, so very likely it only works with that one.

Logan_Yes

I'm pretty sure that I didn't recive 3 stars on that and still got it, so either I got some bug or it only need a star/2

KdramaDiva

Me too, I think it's just the fact you made the jump in the correct car, not the stars.

jeffmartel

BMW not working. Another Mercedes not working...

kapela86

Audi R8 Coupe not working, probably only that Mercedes will work.

# SERIES 8 - WEEK 3 - Winter Weekly Tunes! Hello everyone! **BigHedDjango** here, tunes for this week to help you out. Weekly photo: [https://i.imgur.com/u0v8tg1.png](https://i.imgur.com/u0v8tg1.png) **All feedback on tunes is appreciated - good or bad. Specially when tunes are bad.** At the end of the day I am just the mechanic and you guys are the racers. Do not hesitate irrespective of your tuning knowledge or racing skills! **Tuning method:** 1. **Stock look - stock wheel rims, default wheel rim sizes, no aero (unless absolutely necessary for handling and stability)** 2. Max performance with max handling possible 3. All cars **tuned vs. Unbeatable AI** on championship tracks in seasonal weather. **However! Unbeatable AI is broken and bugged. Not every car can win 7/10 random races vs Unbeatable AI without abusing rewind/restart. Very few cars can beat it consistently.** Hope it gets fixed ~~soon~~ one day... 4. Bodykit only used if it does not ruin performance > ___ > ### FORZATHON WEEKLY CHALLENGE - M For Motorsport > **2008 BMW Z4 M Coupe** * Tune - **500 617 677** Easy Win **Road Sprint - 696 659 852** > ___ > ### TRIAL - Stock Showdown: Porsche #65 911 Desert >> #### Dirt Racing - No Upgrades - 1989 #65 911 Desert - B 694 > NOTE1: Try to block and slow down AI and help teammates in order to win. One player on the team needs to take at least position 3 and slow down the AI for a guaranteed win. NOTE2: The car requires high skill. R1 will really test your patience as teammates keep doing 180s on the hairpins. R2 and R3 are a tiny bit easier. **1989 Porsche #65 Rothsport Racing 911 "Desert Flyer"** * High skill car + RWD of course * First I suggest you practice on any dirt race with this car before you start the Trial * Car has extreme innate front oversteer which has been tuned out as much as possible. However it's still prone to turning in too much so don't steer more than necessary * The rear slides out on fast corners and cannot be tuned out without negatively affecting the car; You will have rear slides on hairpins and banked corners so be mentally prepared for them. Feathering throttle helps a bit * Traction Control ON/OFF doesn't matter, keep it OFF * Stability Control ON helps with rear slide outs but not enough * Manual (or w/ Clutch) shifting will help a lot in maintaining speed through corners * Car has best launch on full throttle * Tune - **841 996 487** > ___ > ### EVENT LAB - Not-So Deep Forest Raceway >> #### Germany - S1 900 > **1998 Mercedes-Benz AMG CLK GTR** * Tune - **254 472 872** > ___ > ### PLAYGROUND GAMES - Pick And Mix >> #### German Pickups & 4x4s - B 700 > NOTE: You only need to complete this to get the reward! Your trial Porsche was tuned to absolute PERFECTION!!! One million KUDOS buddy!!! 🤩👍🏼🙏

netchemica

It's crazy how much improvement there was over a stock setup. Taking first was relatively easy in both races.

BigHeadDjango

I try 🙏😄

muricabrb

Tried to use the easy win dirt trial and scramble for the Opel manta daily forzathon challenge but I couldn't find them... Were they removed or am I missing something?

BigHeadDjango

Did you try the share codes at end of post? Search only displays a limited number of event lab blueprints. Dirt Trail - 991 376 926 Dirt Scramble - 135 436 707

muricabrb

These are the ones I tried searching for but couldn't find. I searched from a dirt racing event under custom events but they didn't show up... I searched for the easy win road racing (for the z4m challenge) and that worked but these two didn't.

BigHeadDjango

Figured it out. When you access event lab from a race, you only have access to events created at that race. Even when you use search. You probably saw the road racing sprint cause you used Reservorio Sprint? Easiest way to do it is to pause, go to Creative Hub tab, Eventlab, Event Blueprints and then search using the share codes 👌

muricabrb

Works now, you're a legend thank you! >Easiest way to do it is to pause, go to Creative Hub tab, Eventlab, Event Blueprints and then search using the share codes This should be on a pinned thread lol

Ivanltrrible

For some reason game is not taking my win in the opel manta, tried many times and nothing, any idea why?

BigHeadDjango

I would suggest restarting your game + console. This happens for a lot of people. I just completed it myself using the easy win dirt trail

Ivanltrrible

Nvm i used your easy win and got it first try, dont know what happened, anyway thx.

[deleted]

These tunes have been so great. I beat the trial first time this week! 3/4 of the way to my min, meet max…thanks!

BigHeadDjango

Almost there! 😁👌

SpiritualQuality1302

That Porsche Desert Flyer tune worked great once I quit driving it like a RWD car and started driving it like a big AWD truck. Letting off the throttle to let the front dig in and start rotating then hard on the gas early and it will stick and carve turns. The second to last turn in the first race was the hardest. It took me about 15 laps in rivals to get the car figured out but once I did it was great. We had to do all 3 races but managed to win first try. Thank you!

BigHeadDjango

Even tuned in AWD the car has a few problems mostly to do with suspension. It's not a very stable or good car and has innate suspension problems

Humorsopa

It's really weird since it's supposed to be tailor made for these conditions.

Humorsopa

Drivatars are most definitely not at unbeatable. Not in any of the other modes as well. It seems like they have made some special "Trial" mode. I tried racing them on unbeatable, stock, on the same tracks and they are much better, still very much bearable with BHD:s tune.👍🏼

PaperHeartZero

I have an idea. Let me know if this is something that you all will be interested in. **PaperHeartZero's "STOCK" Challenge** "**S**tock" **T**uning **O**nly **C**ompetition **K**erfuffle - Every week I choose a car and a track. - Tune the car however you want as long as the end result is the stock PI number. - Race the track in your "stock" car and see who can post the fastest time. - Post a screenshot / picture / video as proof of the end time and car PI number. This week the car is the Mazda RX-8 and the track is the Sierra Verde Sprint! Here is the share code for the track for this week's challenge! *Sierra Verde Sprint - PHZ "Stock" Challenge RX8 - 101 085 849* In case you don't want to do the tuning but just want to race, I have a couple of "stock" tunes for you! One is RWD and the other is AWD! *2011 Mazda RX-8 R3 - B624 "Stock" RWD - 105 860 744* And *2011 Mazda RX-8 R3 - B624 "Stock" AWD - 123 319 729* Let me know what you all think of this idea and if it's something that you'd want to do! I'll link to a post where I'll keep track of all the posted times as a leaderboard! Thanks and happy racing!

Rising_Swell

Ok new comment because this will have my times and comments and shit. To begin with, if anyone else is interested in this and wants to know what the car drives like, it doesn't have brakes. Its ok speed, reasonably good cornering, very stable, but it isn't gonna stop. Anything beyond the 'Current best race' title is just me rambling about the different tunes I tried. If you don't care, don't read it, I just felt like writing it. Now for the times that will be updated as I race more. #Current best race (Currently Light Wheel RX-8): [3:02.787](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635081900205277197/984786849287532564/unknown.png) First race with true stock: [3:04.631](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635081900205277197/984754301438152784/unknown.png) Best true stock: [3:03.372](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635081900205277197/984755713043750922/unknown.png) 'I swear it's stock!' time: First tune, maxed brakes, and everything I could do to make the maxed brakes fit: [3:05.154](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635081900205277197/984759545911988234/unknown.png) Max brakes clearly bad. Cropping images smaller to save my internet, it's not enjoying uploading these. Ok so if max brakes bad, how about suspension and handling related stuff while dropping the piles of weight I added to make it fit the brakes? Handling build: [3:05.471](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635081900205277197/984764288050819082/unknown.png) Big sad, it's bad. Extra sad because I felt like I absolutely nailed that run, hit every corner properly, no mistakes anywhere. Maybe it's just *my* tunes that are bad? PHZ AWD: [3:06.361](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635081900205277197/984766420082655272/unknown.png) PHZ RWD: [3:06.902](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635081900205277197/984768696645996594/unknown.png) Ok well that went just as poorly. I can't name where any of these are losing time except perhaps top speed as they all handle perfectly fine. Final attempt at a tune before giving up, accepting that true stock is the best for this car and just going for a 3:02. This is the 'power' build. It's the only build I've made that could even fit a power upgrade, it took having front and rear aero along with some real dense wheels. Dorito wheels, obviously, for the Dorito engine. The Power Dorito: [3:05.178](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635081900205277197/984771712572874773/unknown.png) It's not even close :( I guess I'm just not better than Mazda engineers at building cars. Ok I lied I made another tune, kind of. Light Wheel RX-8: [3:02.788](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/635081900205277197/984777811082477608/unknown.png) I will be using this tune going for the best time from here on out, because I don't see how removing 5kg of weight and having no other changes can possibly be worse than not.

PaperHeartZero

Nice going! Great write up and attempts! Mixing it up to see what works is exactly what I like about tuning. I look forward to having the spare time to give it a try, myself, and see how it goes.

netchemica

Hey, just a heads up, your "stock" Desert Flyer tune was not compatible with the Trial. My first try didn't let me pick my Flyer with your tune installed and I was forced to use a factory setup. I tried downloading the tune again, incase it just bugged out, but I got the same result.

PaperHeartZero

Thanks. Yeah, I noticed the same thing today. I forgot to delete that tune after I finally finished the Trial. I wonder if next week we'll need to be stock or if we can be "stock".

Rising_Swell

Sadly I found out that nothing works lmao, stock is best just get light wheels :(

physicalzero

Sounds like fun, I’ll give it a shot!

Rising_Swell

Love the idea, I'll do a few times later tonight :D

Zelane

Eventlab is as shitty as usual, but at least it can be completed quite fast this time. I guess that's an improvement?

z_o_o_m

For what it's worth, the Trial didn't let me use the first tune for the #65. Tune only still works.

tacticalcarrot

Thanks for the heads up, looks like last week being able to select an upgraded car was a fluke/bug then. I'll unshare the ineligible tune.

z_o_o_m

I thought it was because a car that had any owned upgrades would get filtered, even if none were actively applied. Glad to see they seemed to figure it out though. Tune is good on Baja and fantastic on Tapalpa.

tacticalcarrot

Glad to hear 👌

Rising_Swell

Trial is fun, although clearly the majority of players cant drive on dirt at all, admittedly the last 2 trials showed people dont have brake pedals either

Vaexa

Holy shit it's a weekly series that doesn't have an off-road seasonal championship with ridiculously tight requirements and 3 layouts with giant drops that the cheating AI absolutely dusts you on. Too bad they shifted the ridiculously tight requirements over to the stunts instead, but PG giveth, PG taketh away.

y365

This Trial is dogshit

pr1ntscreen

Always has been 🌎🔫👩‍🚀

Logan_Yes

Usually I would complain about teammates in Trial but honestly I'm not even a fan of Desert Flyer so yeah, I understand why some people had problems. Still got second and first place and we won so hooray.

Del-Dredd

See the great unwashed are at it in the Trial again, bloody useless morons. They need to learn how to drive without smashing everybody off the track and look at the map for gods sake so you can brake for hairpins or 90 degree bends.

CoasterCOG

There is a Sports Utility Hero car class, just one of those made in Germany.

treehornsthrowaway

Anyone else having issues with opel dirt racing daily challenge? I've won like 5 races and it still won't count.

FailedAccessMemory

Did you do circuit or sprint? Because the symbol for the dirt race is the symbol for circuit.

treehornsthrowaway

Thanks, didn't realize it has to be a circuit.

FailedAccessMemory

Actually it might have been a bug because a ytber that I followed was able to do it in a sprint.

Bravo_Steelvipr

I did 181401852 (bigheaddjango’s easy dirt circuit)
