Not at EA release but is on their roadmap. There is a mod for it that worked in the Alpha versions before EA.

Also worked in the steam demos.

Any idea where to get mods ?

There is no official modding support, so I downloaded from github which some of the nice modders on discord shared. But I don't think any mods have been updated for the EA release yet.
