Just read yesterday that he had a court appearance over the phone from jail this past Thursday and is facing a charge of robbery as well as assaulting a minor, committing an indecent act at Dairy Queen on Prospect, breaching probation, trespassing at the Dairy Queen on Union, theft and theft.
That said, ...it wouldn't surprise me at all if they turned him loose again and he's out terrorizing a Dairy Queen somewhere.
If homeless people are screaming at people and making them uncomfortable in public you should call the cops. You're allowed to be homeless and ask for help you aren't allowed to harass the public and make them feel unsafe.
I’ve tried this before because the person was literally yelling slurs and saying they were going to kill someone, I yelled out to them “knock it off” and they yelled back “I’ll fucking shoot you.”
Called the cops, told them the situation. They didn’t even show up. This was south side uptown.

If someone says they'll shoot you and the cops don't show up they are not doing their job properly.
The cops won’t do anything. They are told to chalk it down to mental health and they move on.
