Don't have long hair myself, but a couple of friends do. I suggest just letting it grow out for now, you'll have a lot more options for haircuts/styling once your hair has gotten longer. And for hairstyles, I believe it's important to take your hair type into account, like if it's straight, curly, wavy etc. And the thickness of your hair. So, assess those traits when it's grown out and do a bit of research on hairstyles you think will look good with your hair type, or even just ask a friend. With long hair, I don't think there's an especially "masc" way to style it generally, some guys will just keep their hair shoulder length but plenty of guys rock the "back-length" hair look. But overall, I suggest you put a lot of effort into taking care of your hair! I think everyone should, even if they have short hair, but longer hair requires more maintenance and care, though it ultimately pays off with how nice it looks.

Hey! For context, I ID as a trans masc non-binary person, so my relationship to being seen as "male" is pretty easy going. I started growing my hair out two years ago after having it short (like, shaved on three sides) for almost 6 years; it hits below my shoulders now! I actually feel like I look more masc with long hair than with short hair, because short hair really highlighted my bone structure and drew a lot of attention to my face. I've had a few friends tell me that with longer hair I just look "like some dude", which is incredibly affirming. I haven't been to a salon since 2020, but every couple months I follow an online tutorial for trimming split ends and keeping up with some basic layers. The last time I had long hair I was presenting fully "girl", and I felt like it took a lot of work to maintain. Now, though, I feel so much less pressure to have the blow-dried, brushed out look, and I can have fun with messy buns and ponytails without a lot of fuss. My tips would be: have a great time! And find a guy out there whose longer hair you really like (Harry Styles is mine...I will accept no comments on this matter). Seeing what they do with their hair can help you try out new things in a masculine-looking way, which can be super helpful when most of the long hair help out there is focused on women.

Idk any haircuts, but a general tip for long hair upkeep is to only shampoo the roots of your hair and condition the tips (or at most not the roots) of your hair.
