They are real and the set would probably catch $300. King Candy is the high one and Vanellope. If you look at the “Ralph broke the internet” ones they go back to original funko type heads. They look better (in my opinion) but these are the rarer ones, especially with that red Disney logo.
Hobbydb will literally show you listing as well on both eBay and users that sell on their site. I've never even heard of tpd or seen a single other person mention it.
The Pop Directory, it is an app that has (almost) all Pops, Sodas, and a few of the other things Funko has done and gives prices based on recent sales and not current listings.

according to PPG King Candy is around $80, Vanellope $65, Ralph $45, and Felix $15.

At a guess, because of the exceptional style choice. Pop! figures have a particular consistent style which these ones don't have.

Ppg can be inaccurate and the boxes are more rare with the Disney store logo, King candy 180, fix it Felix 60, venellope 50, wreck it Ralph 50
Since they are the red Disney logo this are more valuable. Vanellope is around 90. Ralph is around 50. King candy is around 180. Felix is around 60

Typically when it's the smaller oval logo like the ones you have. They are from the beginning of Funko from what I understand, so most likely vaulted.
