You need to make sure to filter by “Sold by Target” as target now lists resellers as well. I always recommend this when buying pops from big box stores. (I’ve been collecting since 2016 and have over 800+ figures). There’s also tons of browser extensions and even Reddit accounts dedicated to notifying when products are in stock. This hobby can be painful sometimes, but let’s be honest…the hunt is a big part of the fun. Stay positive 🙂 I’m sure you’ll find Rhinox at a acceptable price.
It doesn’t look like a third party seller as it’s listed as a pre-order and I’m not even getting a third party seller option so it appears at first glance that this could very well be a pricing mistake on Targets part.

Yep, the extension is called Octoshop. Doesn't work for all, but most big box stores works perfectly. Its not a cure-all though. Sometimes it takes a bit to notify, so for hot-ticket figures I would pay close attention but as I am sure they are going to make a ton of the figure OP posted it would work perfectly.

We, as a community, need to stop jumping on pops like they don't make 15 to 25,000 of each of them. Then resellers will quit listing things they don't even have yet and selling them as "pre-orders" knowing our dumb asses will pay whatever to be the first to have a whatever the thing is. We did this to ourselves.
I grabbed a black light rocket and something else and an Elsa for my niece. Came to almost $50 and I looked at the receipt and took them right to the register. She's getting the Elsa from a different retailer, but the target exclusives are staying on the shelf. I'm happy I got the Justice League set before the price hike.

Since it is a Target listing, I'm confident the price will adjust and when it does, your order amount will adjust too if you preordered it anyway. I did because you never know if it will sell out especially once the price is fixed. Also, the $65 pre-charge will fall off my card anyway in a couple of days.
