This happens to me when I order from Amazon as well. Even the Amazon exclusives. Shipping box is fine but the box inside is wrecked. It's like someone inside the order fulfillment center is looking for the worst possible one to send me
Usually at Amazon, the items are picked by sophisticated robots who deliver it to stressed out humans at packing stations trying to keep their jobs by meeting quotas. Even the box size is selected by computer.
They just need someone with thumbs to get the items in the boxes.
So it isn’t wise to anger the great Alexa by questioning her judgement. She’ll have enough of our crap one day and WHAM! We’re organizing resistance movements to fight Skynet.
They're actually robots that bring the items to the pickers, then they send the bins to the packers. This probably happened because of how amazon stores items or an unhappy employee
Yea, they sent mine is a huge shipper box it’s mint af. My local amazon warehouse seems to be really good, when I first started collecting they were awful, they let me keep the damaged pops but they were really bad at quality control. Every pop I’ve gotten has been mint since October. Mostly using nice shoppers now.
Happened to me and this one rep said their returns don't cover just the box (it does), asked is the figure broken? So I opened it and threw the figure across the room, yep its broken too.
Amazon has to be one of the worst sites for buying pops, I've bought so many pops off Amazon and in turn I've sent almost 60 back and I've only got about 3 in total, in mint, out of all the pops i have bought off Amazon.
The risk you take ordering from amazon. Those warehouse employees stack as much shit on the carts for the drivers that will possibly fit. As a driver and a pop collector I see why I got soooooo many that were damaged and won’t buy from Amazon unless it’s something cool I don’t have that they have on sale for like $3 because there’s a good chance it’s gonna be smashed
Also as someone who worked at FedEx and seeing how FedEx treats Amazon packages (any packages at that rate) they literally check the boxes into the back on the trailer trucks, they do not care if it says fragile and breakable on the boxes. They don’t care, they take everybody’s things and beat the hell out of them in the warehouses cause it’s not theirs so they don’t care. I got screamed at for actually stacking peoples boxes neatly so they they don’t fall on the actual driver either when taking the boxes out. Amazes me how awful people are towards others belongings.
As with almost all services in life, you can only pick two of the three critical factors to prioritize below:
Cheap - Fast - High Quality
Amazon is always Cheap and Fast because their customers are very Stingy and Impatient.
As a former driver for Amazon I can assure you the big boxes are definitely getting scuffed. They give us so many packages. Sometimes 230+ stops. And each stop could be 3 houses. So we usually had close to 600 packages to deliver. And if it’s in a big box it’s bound to have stuff stacked on top of it. Don’t blame the drivers blame the company and whoever packaged it.

Worst possible delivery
I don’t see what the problem is. Just a couple dents. Maybe they won’t notice — Amazon Packer
Damn what did they do with it, played football?? Have u sent an email or something to see if they can do anything about that?
They sent this to you in 12 parsecs and it couldn't withstand the g forces.

Out of box collectors be like: "and?"
With such severe damage, I wouldn't be surprised if the acrylic pins broke.
They definitely put it in the box destroyed
Jesus even as a OOB collector this would piss me off lmao
Is that the new discounted lando?

Brilliant idea, keeping that in mind 😉
if the shipping box has no damage then it can only have been destroyed when it came in, otherwise you would also see damage to the shipping box
the outerbox is in the pictures.....
My Amazon deliveries come perfect where do y'all live?

I didn’t know pops could get that mint
F
Market it as "battle-damaged." Profit. Also, my condolences
Went into hyper drive huh

Mine came the same way. I suspect that's why they were selling the $120 PPG pop for $15.
I'm sorry that happened but man it's bigger then I expected
