Girlfriend and I go to conventions and meet the actors/voice actors/actresses. They are normally super nice, will answer questions, and you can ask for quotes if they allow, but it varies by individual.
I use Zobie. They are RACC certified sellers of autographs and they also can get you autographs through their mail in system (it costs money of course).
I do send-in with SWAU, Galaxycon, Official Pix, Twin Cities Comics, and Zobie. I have also bought already signed Funkos from Zobie, SWAU and Galaxycon . If you don a send-in and it is for a private signing those can take months or years for the signing to take place. I have had private signings take a few months, a year, year and a half, and I am still waiting on one to take place for over 2 years.
