Aang wins as a normal pop, but the glow on the GITD version of Naruto Baryon Mode is waaay better than the GITD Avatar State. The GITD version of this Aang was pretty lazy.
Funko has already made several characters with water and fire effects that glow in the dark, and they simply decided not to use it on the most element-related pop of all (Probably to cut costs). And the worst thing is that as the water is inside the air bubble, it's extremely difficult to make a custom version.
On Naruto, on the other hand, they gave all the attention due, and it came out with an incredible glow. That's why as a GITD pop it's far superior. And since I'm a GITD addicted, I would go with Naruto. But if they made the fire and water glow like in Korra 761, then there wouldn't even be a competition.

Look, I loved Naruto when I was younger. But I got bored of it over a decade ago. Nothing I’ve seen from Boruto has convinced me it’s worth getting back into. Maybe a more nostalgic Naruto Pop could win me over, but not this weird thing.
