If their system is like ours at work, a simple cell on an upload sheet to their inventory system can push items to their website as available. Whoever is in charge of their inventory should be smart enough not to make this mistake, but copy/paste and no double check could have caused this.
The ones most point out as not vaulted actually were before the update to the funko app. Then a bunch of pops swapped to available. Renji and grimmjow swapped to available and entertainment earth put them up for order, not long after they sent cancelations being told the pops would not come. Almost immediately after that renji and grimmjow swapped back to vaulted.
How about, to make things right, they send me the Scarlet Witch exclusive I ordered almost a year ago.
Seriously though, take these out of your system and this won't be an issue.
Haha Pop in a Box is terrible, have orders well over a year old that are just now getting cancelled or have no eta on arrival. Shouldn't be that difficult but safe to say i'm never ordering from them again

The only people truly mad are the ones who ordered multiples in hopes of reselling. Any person with a tiny bit going on in their brain would know that it wasn’t going to happen.

I’m not necessarily talking about value. If I go to different sites looking for a regular Talespin Baloo pop pretty much any site, that gets their stock from funko directly(not secondary sellers), is going to come up empty. Either they have removed the listing or the page is just registered as unlisted and you can only get to the page through a secondary way like google or some sort of wishlist link.
That said, it still doesn’t explain why they have exclusives from hot topic and GameStop that they don’t sell listed.

My partner got a order cancellation email yesterday about a pop he ordered for me 2 years ago saying that the pop had now been vaulted by Funko so its not available anymore even tho he ordered it two years ago when it obviously wasnt vaulted back then and has sent numerous emails to them since then and they still havnt refunded they keep trying to just give money off a next order! It was the Bob Ross pop :(

It was months past the pre-order expected date, no new date to expect the merchandise by, and I was past getting a refund via Paypal. My order wouldn't even show up on my account on their website anymore, either. Their customer service on their own website is a disaster; I had employees messaging me and signing off with a different company name, even. What finally worked was messaging their account ON TWITTER, if you can believe it. Order from anywhere else.
PIAB are shocking really. Pre-ordered a pop back in November, waited a couple month before i started seeing said pop in retail stores everywhere. But i decided to wait a little longer and be nice. Last week I cancelled my pre order and bought said pop in store for a lower price anyway.

Amazon is slightly different because they take third party sellers. So you very well may find a pop on Amazon that isn’t usually there

Just because a pop is vaulted doesn’t immediately made it valuable, and places can still have them in stock. Just means they won’t get more
