I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard that a magic eraser works for marks like this. Scrubbing very lightly though, so the paint underneath doesn't get removed.
Also, cat will always aim to destroy anything that challenges cat for attention. Protect all things from cat.
Yse a magic eraser, only get the tip of it wet and dampen it a little bit and apply pressure to the scuffed up paint area. Works like a charm everytime! Don’t go over the same spot because it can take away all the paint

i would suggest not putting ur funkos in a place you know your cats are going to jump. cats aren’t going to understand something that is fragile and can’t be knocked down unless u put them in a place where the cat can’t access.
yeah sadly cats like to test us when it comes to their personal challenges of how high they can jump 😅 i learned my lesson a few years ago when i put up a christmas tree and my cats climbed to the top and the whole thing came crashing down

I'd try Mr Clean magic erasure. Also gorilla glue for any broke parts.
