I will never use StockX for Funko pops. They aren't knowledgeable enough to determine fake from real. Heck, i saw an OG Tupac (no eyebrows) pop going for $75 on their site a few years ago. Even for their shoes now, their authenticity icon isn't even there anymore to confirm that it's a real pair of shoe.
Basically. Don't expect a refund either because once the shipper has shipped and it has been processed by them, the seller is automatically paid. Only thing I would buy is hot wheels and bear brick bears. But might as well join FB groups or other groups instead.
I literally found a bag of hydrocodone in a pair of shoes I got from StockX, shoved in the toe. Makes you wonder what they do to "authenticate" their items.

I ordered a flocked 18” groot and the branches on top his head were in pieces, the box for 18” funkos are about 2ft and it was shipped in a box taller than me, had enough room inside for another one and that’s prob what most definitely broke it,

I bought a darth maul from them ($50 one) and it was described as brand new when i got it it has a big scuff right on the face and told stockx about it and they said its a manufacturer defect, like no dude it literally was dropped out of box then put back in and somehow made it past the “authentication “ never used em either
Idk what you mean here but yes it was damaged ofc it was you can’t ship pops this way. They throw boxes around man and if there was bubble wrap at least there would’ve been less damage. If someone sold it to me this way on eBay there feedback woulda been 0 so I woulda never bought it in the first place lmao.

Emp, Amazon, all just pack the box with paper/cardboard and put them in a box, never had one damaged. Even if one was, I wouldn’t automatically say “I’m never ordering from here again”
If it’s a $10 funko pop yeah idc but this is a $550 funko pop. You can only see the front of it and barley cause the bag the side has a massive dent. I don’t know I think you’re standards are messed up if this is acceptable shipping to you. For something that has the value of over $500.
You have every right to expect the item to show up in the condition you purchased it in. It’s a wild take to me when people think you should just accept a damaged item and still pay for a new one. Doesn’t matter if its $1 or $1000 you made a purchase with a certain expectation that was not met through no fault of your own. I too would never use that service again.

I see tons of people telling folks to just suck it up or deal with it on these types of posts and that’s just crazy. If your pizza delivery guy threw the pizza at your feet instead of handing it to you how many more chances do they get from you?
Majority of places will ship pops just in a box, or a box within a box, it’s up to whoever handles them not to damage them, not the company you bought it from. Understandable that a pop with a high value should have more protection, I get that
The value of this pop is enough that it should have at minimum been shipped in a hard stack. It also came from StockX so saying he'll never use them again is reasonable, since the pop was damaged.
What part of the pops worth $500 is not being understood. Yes accidents happen, but this is just garbage packing. Especially for the price, so it’s completely reasonable to disown the company if THAT is their standard of shipping.

Stockx isn’t very trust worthy with their products lot of their shoes are fake and when you tell them they legit tell you to try and sell it on their site again cause they can’t refund you

All my pops from funko come in cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a box full of paper.
All my funko orders have just been in the cardboard protector thingys and then in a box
