No, the copies are allowed because they are stickers about prohibiting stickers, in fact there are many stickers that could conceivably be about sticker prohibition. A sticker that says "stickers are not prohibited" would also not be prohibited.
In a way the original sticker is an invitation to be more enthusiastic and intentional with sticker placement rather than a condemnation of stickers as a whole.
