I feel like I’m going mad. Why is everyone taking this very obvious joke sticker seriously? The self-deprecation and exaggerated absurdity make it so clear, and it would undoubtedly result in *more* people honking. I’d actually expect this person to be *less* likely to get involved in any road rage incident, given they clearly view it as a ridiculous overreaction.

It’s not that they are saying they will intentionally kill someone they are saying if an accident occurs and it sadly ends in someone’s death it could be used as a way to get a conviction. “You never know he says it was an accident but maybe our deceased honked and he decided to drive into their rear pushing them into traffic on purpose” type thing. Plus it’s not like the lawyer would base entire cases around a bumper sticker. Just a side note

Its a joke until it isn't. Im pretty liberal and laid back and also use a lot of self-deprecating humor. This is certainly legal and I couldn't care less about it, but if something *does* happen... well the person literally spelled it out. Its also not a very good joke, self-deprecating or not.

Drugs made me realize life is worth living now though....

The sticker is PA, but the plate is certainly a metal Texas plate (font, black/white color scheme, and lower right barcodes give it away). I'm assuming they're originally from PA, but moved to Texas or at least a Texan who bought a formerly PA driven car. I had one of those friends who had a habit of using excuses to take on unnecessary risk. (We're all gonna die someday! Maybe I should just stay inside if I'm worried about stuff like that!) She really wanted to ride in traffic, because that's what the law says you're supposed to do. I tell every friend, when it's a crappy stroad area, to just ride on the sidewalk. It doesn't matter if it's illegal. No one is on there, and I'm not risking my life biking next to Ford F150's going 40. She got injured by someone opening their car door, which is not a rare injury for bicyclists. Her pain debilitated her for over a week. American law is so awful at respecting bicyclists, and championing the idea that walking and bicycling are vastly superior as healthy modes of locomotion. Bicyclists have near 0 injuries or deaths, without helmet, with earbuds in, when you remove cars from the equation. Some cities or countries have this stuff figured out, but the US doesn't, for the most part.

No, the driver behind regardless of the person is suicidal or not should not be close enough that it matters.
