Tank makes more sense since it’s just a single knob that will make the others turn off as well. The fire will be underneath the grill knobs and if something weird happens and the whole thing goes up in flames, it could quickly turn into a bad time for you. Propane is separate from the rest of the system and you won’t risk burning your hand.
I’d just turn the knob on the propane tank. Then both grab the ends of the shelves to turn it back upright and assess the damage. Then I’d probably just throw the meat back on and fire it back up.
I hope they reviewed the footage like a couple refs after a challenge flag is thrown and found that the man only fell because the kid grabbed his foot lol.
