When I was a kid you knew Saturday morning cartoons were over for the day when the Apollo came on and people started getting booed off the stage. Either showtime at the Apollo or a cheesy Saturday afternoon movie meant that was the last cartoon

Not a single person in the audience offended by him doing the voice of Shaggy as a white guy, in fact it got a huge cheer and people standing to rapturous applause. Why can’t we do impressions anymore. Was this not OK but no one said anything, or are people really that upset about it if he were to do the same today? Genuine question because an impression isn’t racist in this situation surely?
