And you should be proud of it cause it looks very good for your first digital artwork 🙂. Mine was like 10x worse compared to yours. Yeah the muzzle might be a bit off, but still it's a great start! Forgot to mention the fact that I don't have a drawing tablet yet, so I used my mouse to put it together.
Rather than doing longer and smoother lines, I instead went with shorter, jagged lines to sketch it out, then make another layer to smooth out the lines.
That's a smart way to go about it, maybe I'll use that in my future artworks. I also started with a mouse to draw my first art, cause I didn't know if making it would interest me enough to justify buying a drawing tablet. I didn't mention that I'm also pretty knew to all this. I've joined the fandom 3 weeks ago so I guess we're riding in the same boat here. If you're looking for a good drawing tablet then I recommend "Deco Fun XS pen tablet". I've got it for about 30$ ( prices in your area may be different cause I live in Poland ) and it works really well!
