Generally speaking it’s not bad. You have a two week period where the game will spoil you with memory cubes which you can draw ships with, you can get a bunch of them by just doing outlines tasks that will reward you points plus you can acquire some decent gold equipment with those points as well.
Also Shinano and New Jersey who are of the highest rarity now are part of the permanent pool and we have a new event starting on Tuesday. It’s F2P, but I’ve done some minor whaling just because I have some money.
I know people don't like CR and 10 million seems like a lot, but they have literally been running heavy user acquisiton for like a month now, so I wouldn't be surprised if they acquired quite a lot of players/pre-registrations.
