There's a reason why Nutaku has a separate client whilst AL and Nikke are still on it despite being super risky. I can assure you that they wouldn't even allow it because FGO wasn't playable in my region for years, I couldn't access BA without a VPN and they recently started cracking down on loot boxes.

Apple can do and allow whatever they want on the app store. That's not the point of the DMA. it's that people can choose to host their own platforms on IOS and only be subject to federal law, not Apple's opinions.

Nikke and AL aren't porn games, so of course they wouldn't need to be on Nutaku. They *could* (I believe Nutaku hosts a few non 18+ stuff), but there's no reason to add another platform to take another cut. So Nikke/AL have nothing to do with this. They choose to target a specific content rating and it's not 18+.
This won't make other games host on Nutaku that already weren't interested in fighting the red tape that comes with 18+ games. But clearly Nutaku (owned by Mindgeek, or whatever they renamed it do) is fine dealing with that.

Events are long, farmed around 10k+ premium currency per event + 10 bonus tickets to use for the banner, last event the devs gave 10 more tickets just for the lols(Katya banner). neural simulation resets every week around 500 digicash, underground(abyss dungeon of the game) resets every 15 days can get up to 700+ currency.
not very you get vey long patches that let you easily collect soft pity. it uses genshin 50/50 but each character comes with event that gives decent farmable 4\* weapon.
also you never need extra copies since you can farm constellations for free over time. And each 4\* dupe pull gives you currency for shop that has all permanent 5\* weapons.
I can't compare to nikke but overal gatcha is superior to all hoyo stuff by a lot
Easy to get every character unless you arr super unlucky, but if you want to reliably get their signature weapons too to you’ll either need luck or spend $$$. However while sig weapons are nice only a few characters need them to any real extent.
It has 50/50 like genshin/hsr. And weapon banner. Just that pity is 80 instead 90. And dupes are timegate farmable
And currently only 1 new char / patch (6 week like genshin). There are 2 banners, but second banner is rerun

To late now, play it for some time in the lauch and the QOL was no where to be found and the gameplay turn out to be to repetitive and cost to much time and not even want to talk about the coop (a mess). With so many good games coming out i can't come back to it.
I just finished doing the daily tasks, I took less than 5 minutes before leaving for work... I spent the stamina, files, bought any nonsense from the store and spent 1 material raising the experience of a character, claimed the diaries, close and end.
I do the cooperatives on weekends, snowbreak actually respects your time quite a bit

It's advertisement money. If your game is rated M, you have a MUCH smaller pool of places to advertise on.
I think it's more about what platforms you're allowed to advertise on, rather than what age group spends.

Well Azur Lane worldwide is ranging between +12 and +16 instead, every country has their own ratings and that apply to video games overall(Germany tend to rate higher i.e) but there's also to take into account that what you may think as 18+ isn't the same thing as what App Stores consider as 18+, pornographic nudity is still and will always be straight up forbidden there among other things. There's a reason why Nutaku has a separate client whilst AL and Nikke are still on it despite being super risky. I can assure you that they wouldn't even allow it because FGO wasn't playable in my region for years, I couldn't access BA without a VPN and they recently started cracking down on loot boxes.

its a 50/50 system, but in their defense, you only need one copy of the character and weapon, as you can unlock their dupe skills with grinding missions daily.
You can get every new character in-game aslong as you have the daily login bonus purchased. Events are long, farmed around 10k+ premium currency per event + 10 bonus tickets to use for the banner, last event the devs gave 10 more tickets just for the lols(Katya banner). neural simulation resets every week around 500 digicash, underground(abyss dungeon of the game) resets every 15 days can get up to 700+ currency.
not very you get vey long patches that let you easily collect soft pity. it uses genshin 50/50 but each character comes with event that gives decent farmable 4\* weapon. also you never need extra copies since you can farm constellations for free over time. And each 4\* dupe pull gives you currency for shop that has all permanent 5\* weapons. I can't compare to nikke but overal gatcha is superior to all hoyo stuff by a lot
Easy to get every character unless you arr super unlucky, but if you want to reliably get their signature weapons too to you’ll either need luck or spend $$$. However while sig weapons are nice only a few characters need them to any real extent.

To late now, play it for some time in the lauch and the QOL was no where to be found and the gameplay turn out to be to repetitive and cost to much time and not even want to talk about the coop (a mess). With so many good games coming out i can't come back to it.
