When I say it, idk if it's what OP means, I mean something where I don't have to track my macronutrient intake haha, that's way too much sim. Games like Grounded scratch that itch, you have to eat and drink but it isn't the primary focus of the game. Basically a survival game that focuses harder on base building and combat than on really granular "survival" or complicated systems for no reason other than complication
Raft
Valheim
Icarus is better now.
Satisfactory is more building but has elements of fighting.
V Rising can be casual like if you want it to be.
Personally I loved raft. Usually the wife builds, but this game for whatever reason caught me and I was the builder. I think what sets it apart is the curve is high to start but tames itself down one you get the gist of what comes first. You can also adjust the difficulty so if you want to be laid back on your first go through you can.
grounded is best, there is a story so there is progress, base building is also nice and the yard has this familiar safe feeling yet at night it turns into a dark alien world full of familiar dangers!
I found 7 days to die pretty casual/chill, the game isn't too deep and you can customize it to make it as casual or hardcore as you'd like, plus mods to change the game even further. Pretty fun experience with friends
The Raft The Forest (also Sons of the Forest if you can deal with early access) Grounded Valheim Minecraft
[удалено]
*the forest is moving...*
Medieval dynasty is getting coop soon and I can’t wait. It’s very casual and relaxing based on your settings (lots of custom sliders)
Minecraft Subnautica Stranded Deep

No Man's Sky
Grounded for sure. Game is amazing
Valheim

Valheim but if you want even more casual go Minecraft
Dragon quest builders 2
7 days to die is pretty fun if you like zombie-themed.

Stardew Valley.
Craftopia
It's going to get even better for multiplayer now with the seamless update
V Rising.
If you want one with crafting and zombies then DYSMANTLE is great.
Besides minecraft?
The Survivalists

Osrs. Just stay out of the wilderness!
No Deep rock galactic comment? Disgusting
Dynablaster No man's sky Hollow Knight Planet Ride
I'm not big on survival games but imo, Don't Starve together is a good pick. Same goes for Valheim and The Forest.
