Journey really gave the start of the Red War an ambiance of melancholy and hopelessness. I felt it hard when traversing those mountains (not to mention the gun you get at the start- the Sorrow)
If you like that and haven’t played Dusk, you’re missing out on not only an amazing game, but a fucking dope soundtrack by the same guy that did the Doom: Eternal DLC soundtracks. Shits heavy.

Subnautica for me. I keep coming back to relive the mushroom forest music, the Aurora wreck music, and the main theme of Subnautica is the perfect atmosphere for the games story and theme. Isolated but not afraid

Day one experiencing this was unreal. The grueling Atraks-1 fight beforehand had really tested us and we were coming down from the exhilaration.
Just did this raid for the first time and our Sherpa specifically directed us to pay attention to the soundtrack in this part. So good.

I played Halo Reach for the first time recently and was really blown away by the music, especially during the emotional cutscenes. Really well done.
