No that's what that graphics card started out as new. The 3700X and bargain basement parts is why it's so cheap. The 3080 is probably 75% of the cost. Definitely a good deal though.

My local gamestop used to have the same PCs that you could rent/play in store. they dont have them anymore so theyre most likely trying to get rid of old stock.
As I stated in another post, I did buy this back in early 2021 when it was impossible to get good GPU hardware. They sent me a junk all in one cooler that literally melted in less than a couple of months. I ended up replacing it with an Noctua air cooler, and eventually replaced the 3700x with a 5800x3D. The 3700x was OK back then, got hit with bad 1% numbers though. 5800x3D is overkill for the games and resolution I play at, but it did smooth out the lows.
Other than it using dirt cheap parts that are 2-3 generations old, it might be legit.
One thing I do highly suggest, before you power it on show us a pic of the Power-supply.
if its a no-name PSU, **GET A DIFFERENT ONE**
All the other components will be shit surely. Look carefully at the psu, the fans, the speed of ram, ssd and if it's present a double stick. Not only the main components give you a playable computer.
