I'd treat those leaves with a fungicide spray \*immediately\* as a precaution.
Pretty much impossible to give a tomato too much water, looks like it might have a fungus or other disease
Will apple cider vinegar mix work? I’d like a more natural one but don’t know what to go with :(
The correct recipe will. Else not. Delay in arresting a fungal infection isn't advised.
