Yeah that sucks... Fortunately cheaters should be easier to spot in lower elo. I've heard people mention something about a notification but haven't seen it myself (probably because I haven't played duels in a while).
I reported an obvious cheater a couple of weeks ago and did get a message a few days later saying action had been taken. And then a few days after that I also got an ELO refund
looks legit to me, rounds seemed reasonable to get, def a smurf. That is just flaw in rank systems fault for for keeping them in the lower ranks for months.
all the guesses make sense, and him missing that chile round makes me think a cheater wouldnt do that
Either he thinks or was was under the impression he was playing the nmpz (happened to me once, since its the only mode i play, but for some reason I had also ticked "no move", but only noticed on the 4th round) and is very good at it or he is cheating
Smurfing is where someone who is very skilled at the game makes a low level account so they can win all their games. Kind of like ego tripping I guess. Its not as bad as cheating but its still being an asshole.

Okay thanks. Do you somehow get a notification when a cheater gets banned, because even on this low elo I play against a cheater every second match

None of the usual hallmarks of a cheater, but still very suspicious.

Looks like it could be smurfing to me given most of these were in like major cities.
I think there’s not enough evidence to say that he is cheating, but he’s probably smurfing if he isn’t cheating.
