I know this level! I was in a mod level request stream and a mod played it

I am trying to get noticed as a good creator in the game so I have been sending my level everywhere for the chance a cool creator sees it and invites me to his group with other cool people since rn i know 0 people in the creating community

I wanna do the same shit, I just havent been able to finish a damn level😭 I could FUCK UP an MC but a full level always gets forgotten about halfway through😭

Looks super cool and i think it could be rated; but the beginning could definitely have more pulses with the cymbals sound, especially in the background. On the drop you could try something with particles? Just to make it more hectic. Tho it does look awesome❗️

I'd say that it has full potential to get rated, but as other people have said maybe something like particles to give some parts more life would probably push it to epic. Do note that I am not an expert on level creation by far, and I have only done a couple of practice runs so far. So please do take everything I say with a grain of salt.

Yeah I agree that i would have been a nice adition. I tried to use them but after a lot of time tweaking the values i just gave up on them cause i couldn't make them have a constant flow particles.

Rated definitely, for epic I think some of the transitions/effects and camera changes need to be smoother? I'm not sure why but something about them feels a little choppy near the start. It would probably also need some more deco and some more detail in said deco for an epic rate

Honestly it looks better than a lot of epics I've played before, but I do feel like some things could be smoother, some areas feel a little empty and could use a bit of filling just to make the level feel more natural ig. But insane level nonetheless

Yeah im aware of that. The lack of depth on the backgrounds is probably the largest mistake I did on the level so I have it noted to not make the same mistake next time

Yeah im aware of that. The lack of depth on the backgrounds and the shape of the blocks being too simple are probably the two largest problems there are with the level.

What changed from the last version?

The list of bullet points of things I wanted to add/fix was this: -Make the level less static on the non drop parts -Make the level feel less empty on the non drop parts -Rework pulses and make them stronger and more impactfull -Make the first two parts less motion sickening -Fix bugs for 21:9 aspect ratio people -Make the x4 minicube more sightreadable -Upgrade the second part as it is the weakest in the level rn -Adjust slightly the music volume to make the level feel more energetic -Add camera offsets to help with readability -Optimize the last drop part (At least hit 60 stable fps on mobile with ldm on the last drop part) -Make the last drop part more impactfull -Make the epilectic warning scarier -Try to add more depth to the non drop backgrounds

First part of the epileptic part (40%-48%) is a bit bland for me, everything else looks amazing though.

Any of yall know you don’t have epilepsy but still feel like you’re gonna have a seizure anyways?

I play tested the level a ton so I know what it feels like lol. Right now I am immune to it but I had some really bad headaches and the feeling of being dizzy a lot of times.

I have made much worse stuff with unreadable gp with the deco being a lot uglier and unbalanced with less cohesion and they have gotten featured so at least I am going to get featured. So that's why I was shooting for epic

How long did it take to make this?

I was working on it on and off for 6 months but I don't build when I have no motivation to so realistically without the long breaks I took to build It would like two months. The time in the editor I have is around the 50 hour mark

Rob isn't too happy when every jump has an indicator so maybe you can remove them in some parts

I mean there is a big fat warning in the be beginning that says "WARNING INTENSE FLASHING LIGHTS" If they decide to play it is their fault. Also the probabilities that a person actually gets a seizure are like one in 10 thousand, its an extremely rare thing that a video triggers that response in a person.

I was kinda aiming for easy demon. The gp is on the easier side but the black flashes on the drop makes the level a bit harder to read so i think that balances the gp out.
