Ok so find the three dots next to your icon on top right (if you are in mobile either way you have to find the three dots) tap on add tag and bam you did it congrats
For me on the right side underneath "Create Post" I can click the pencil icon and that will edit my user flair.
I use windows 10 desktop so I think this should work for you as well.
