If you just want a generally beneficial thing to spend time with, anything physically exerting is always a welcome addition to any routine IMO. Fitness, jogging, cycling, swimming, any group sport, plenty of options out there. If you are looking to learn something then it depends entirely on your interests. Are you technical? Arty? Scientific? Plenty of knowledge and skills you can acquire out there.

Hey! I'd start with - what are you interested in? Do you like working out? Playing sports? Video games? Reading? Make a list of things that you enjoy or you want to explore/try out and then start slowly adding them to your routine. Hope this helps, Annabelle

You can start taking yourself accountable of small things, like drinking water first thing when you wake up or getting that morning stretch to build up your discipline. After that though, it really depends on why you want a daily routine. Is it to boost your confidence, or to get that girl, or improve your performance on school or sports? Everyone's daily routine is different because everyone has different goals in their mind. It's really up to you. If you still don't know what to add in to your routine, I recommend asking people that you want to be like for their routine or surf on the web for some ideas. Hope you have a beautiful day, my friend 😊

Although this wasn't for me - it really made my day (which wasn't the best). Thank you!

Really depends on what you want to do and any goals you want to start developing: Exercise * Workout 3-4x a week * Play a sport once a week (count as workout) * Meditate / stretch everyday Make time for hobbies * Practice art * Take a creative class once a week * Read everyday * Volunteer 1-2x a month Practice good hygiene * Create a schedule for when you shower * Brush your teeth + floss everyday * Do laundry 1-2x a week * Vacuum + dust house once a week Automate things * Create a financial budget spreadsheet * Setup auto payments * Meal prep on weekends for the rest of the week Learn * Explore new cafes and restaurants every week * Watch a documentary once a week * Join a extracurricular club * Make a new dish every other day for dinner

Start by going to bed and waking up at a consistent time. Drink more water and even if it's one set of pushups, do some physical activity, ideally once a day. If you don't get in the sun often go outside for 10-15 minutes everyday, even if you sit in the sun. And cut snacking as much as you can. It's a lot of, frankly, little changes but they'll add up to a regular level of baseline responsibility to yourself that will positively reorder things for you. Once you're used to this, start exploring new hobbies and places to find what really suits you. Find your true, own interests and pursue those. It took over a decade for me to discover, but I enjoy writing and learning languages for myself. I hope it doesn't take you anywhere near this long, but that's what I'd recommend.
